What a pleasure it was to work with Hatch Well Drillers! Justin was able to come take a look at our well within days of my phone call. He accurately diagnosed the problem and explained the solution, answering all my questions along the way. He had the work done within days of the first visit and was kind and friendly to boot! I recommend them highly.

We had Hatch Well drill a second well for our business...as a brewery having a reliable second water source is very important to us. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

A few years later, and at no fault of theirs, the commercial grade pump suddenly died and sent us into a panic. Even though it was a few months past the warranty period they replaced it immediately (and worked it out with the manufacturer on their own) and our business was only set back one day. They did not charge us for this and we were extremely grateful and appreciative to work with them.

Hatch fixed a sanitary issue with my well and even fixed some of the well pump wiring at no charge. This winter, I had no water and after spending $800 on a plumber who didn't fix the issue, Hatch came out on short notice and fixed the problem in no time! My well line had frozen at the pitless adapter. You can tell Justin knows his stuff and I would have rather given Hatch my $800 than those plumbers. He gave me steps to take in the future if my problem reoccurred and a few temporary things I could do right away. Always professional, knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with. It's rare to find a business who cares equally about the customer and the job they're doing.

These folks are GOOD. They arrived exactly when they said they would be here and got right to work. They quickly diagnosed my problem (pump motor frozen) and corrected it within a very reasonable time. They also replaced the water tank at my request.Their charges were very reasonable and they cleaned up after their work.
I would recommend these folks for anyone needing any type of well service.

Two guys just left my home. They were great polite and well spoken. They checked out the problem with great speed and got right to work fixing the problem. All along they showed me what was wrong and what would be needed to solve the problem. I am a very handy person myself so I understood what exactly they were doing.
