This is not my favorite place to live. The lot rent keeps going up every year...If I had know that, I would not have moved here...

Don’t move here!!!!!
Raise lot rent no services!!!!!
No snow removal. Haven’t plowed Celtic court since before blizzard. Call office no help. Calling to report them.
Everyone should move out of here.
Had to have a snow removal company to come out. Turning the bill to the company.

I have been living her for a little over a year and in that time they have raised the lot rent twice totally of about $75.00. They don't take care of the proper but will complain if your yard gets long. They don't provide any amenities. No pools, no play areas such as jungle gyms in your yard for kids, no fences, and no gardening. No trash service or sewage that comes out of your pocket. They have I would say 100 units and charge $450.00 in lot rent and just keep stuffing the units in. Recommend finding other places to live stay away from here if you can.

North Mankato is a city in Nicollet and Blue Earth counties in the State of Minnesota. The population was 14,275 at the 2020 census. Most of North Mankato is in Nicollet County, but a small part extends into Blue Earth County. It is neighbored to the south across the Minnesota River by Mankato. The two cities have a combined population of 58,763. North Mankato is the smaller of the two principal cities of the Mankato-North Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area.
