First time at this location and dined in. Located in a really nice plaza with plenty of parking. Great outdoor seating for when it gets warm again! It was very clean and the staff was quick and polite.

While I was enjoying my lunch a loud customer came through and was very rude to the employees. At the cash register she started yelling at Lorie, one of the employees, and it was really degrading. I was super impressed with how professionally Lorie handled this aggressive customer.

This team always does a great job. The staff is always friendly, even though they are usually overwhelmed with orders. My wraps are packed with chicken and veggies and not drowned in sauce. Excellent job and keep up the great work!

Associate answered all our questions about our subs, were delicious!

I needed the sauces on the side but online ordering didn’t give you the option to choose that. Going on a trip tomorrow and don’t want them to be soggy. So, I had to call them (while they’re slammed) and ask for the sauces on the side. Poor guys already made the sandwiches by the time I was able to get through to them on the phone. They are kind enough to remake them without the sauces on them for us.
Subway needs to add sauce on the side option for the delivery option.

I work close to this subway and often go there for lunch and dinner. The main employee has been so helpful and courteous. Sometimes after work, I stop in after 8pm. I am concerned about the safety of this employee, who works alone at night. It looks like the company is more concerned about making more money with minus one employee than the safety of this young employee. Disappointed.

Great team here. Like most places these days they are a little short on staff. But, they are not short on appreciation!

I enjoy this particular franchise location, friendly employees clean dining room, and when I've ordered online or through the app, the order is always correct. They are even willing to help lower my bill by making helpful suggestions... You've been to a subway before, this subway in Ballwin is a cut above the rest!

Always great quality and service. I go to a lot of subways and this one is definitely the best I've been to. Many I go to serve you really old bread/ingredients, but the food I get at this location is always fresh. The people that work here are also very friendly and helpful.
