Finally a really good sandwich. Brookie was good. Steamed broccoli was good!
Mac and cheese and soups are godly.

The best sweet tea around. Kids eat free on Tuesday and Sunday kids meals are healthy and baked potatoes you can eat as a meal there huge great selection of food and the staff is very friendly and helpful..

I've been going to McAlister's for years now. No matter where you go, the store is always clean, food is always great tasting, and portions are just right. Different and unique from the typical sub sandwich shop. They make awesome tea, enormous and flavorful spuds, and the best sandwiches. Always adding more to the menu, with occasional deals you don't want to miss. I'll be back for more soon!

Really good food, excellent service. The French Dip was bussin’.

I visited at lunch time yesterday. The line to order was long, all the way to the entrance. There was one nice gentleman taking orders as quickly and pleasantly as possible. There were three people preparing meals, that I could see, and they made me a wonderful tasting sandwich. They had only one lady that was filling ice machines, bagging to go orders, delivering meals at the counter, delivering meals to tables, bussing tables, refilling drinks and then repeating. She did this very efficiently! She did this with a smile on her face and a great attitude! They were all good team members, she is a great team member! I wish there were more team workers like her in all the other dining facilities in the area, especially Bread Co and Lions Choice.

Tons of space,great environments frie fly and fast staff. Super easy to ready menue is up as well as tons of menus to take with you to go. Got my food within a few minutes of ordering. The place is clean too. For me tea hyped up but still good. Will definitely go again.

I walked up to the counter and they said hi it has been awhile. I agreed and asked for my usual and they remembered it and my name. I think that describes the people and the service. The food was great and packed well for carry out. That is why I come back time after time. I do verify large orders as small details get overlooked at times like butter or sour cream.

Sooo good. Nice to be able to eat inside. Short staffed but the food runner was literally almost running to get the food out and tables cleared. Great job. Thanks for managing the business well through these challenging times.

Clean and fresh is what comes to mind. Food I'd very good and the tea is sublime. It's not cheap, two adults and a child set us back over $25, but worth it if you want a couple steps up from typical fast food.

Manager went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. We picked up 50 sandwiches a little early for a mid day event, he offered us a cooler, and even offered to deliver the sandwiches out to us to keep them fresh until we needed them for our event. Customer service is a lost art with most, but not with this place. Thank you

Friendly staff. We had a very specific order and they got it spot on. Food was good (I got ahead choose 2 with a soup and sandwich). The chicken tortilla soup tastes great. Paid about $12 for my meal, drink, and taxes

I enjoy getting some good eats at McAlister's. They have some great options for good eats. The sandwiches and massive baked potatoes are the signature. I also like going to the ones in Missouri because of the lemonade. It doesn't come out of a soda fountain. If it does you're getting robbed. The staff are friendly. The price is good too. If you want some good food and good lemonade or sweet tea this is the place to be.

Stopped in election day. Lunch crowd was in full swing. The staff was super helpful and offered free cookies for the long wait! The potato salad is still the best. You can order ahead as well.

I had a tooth break and couldn't eat much so I ordered a baked potato and soup. It was delicious and just what I needed.

McAlister's is great. I love the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich. I have been tempted by the Caesar wrap as a healthy option. They have a variety of great soups and salads too if you are looking for healthy alternatives. One of my favorite things about McAlister's is that they give you drinks in a 32 oz. cup and they serve Diet Dr. Pepper.

Love this place! They have a nice, healthy selection and my little ones love their tea. Can't go wrong with the pick 2 option of Loaded Nachos and the King Club! Definitely recommend!

My family has been going here for years, we've always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I felt the need to review it this time because we had a remarkable cashier, Jason. He made the experience a great one, not just a good one.

We ordered McAllisters through Grub Hub and the driver just dropped our food and ran. I noticed a meal was missing and called McAllisters and spoke with Emma. She not only sent one of her employees to our home with the missing meal quickly, but also included an apology letter and some cookies. Emma, you could definitely teach a lot of businesses about offering excellent customer service! Thank you for going the extra mile! We will be back!!
