Oh my gosh! I love Milwaukee! Today was starting out really bad I went to get my new car smoged and the check engine light was on so I failed but no charge. So I went to buy sum emissions cleaner at ADVANCE AUTO PARTS STORE . I was also going to buy an expensive tester until this young wonderful gentleman an associate told me he would test it for me! and literally automatically walked me out to my car. (EVEN OPENED THE DOOR FOR ME) He was so kind and PERFECIANAL his name was Xavier C . He checked my car and found out I had put the wrong gas so that's all that was wrong . He cleared it now The CK engine light is off. I'm so very thankful to be able to get such great service. I have never seen such amazing customer service before not just with me but I was watching him work with other customers too. I really wish that everyone could be able to keep such a wonderful attitude. Even multitasking like a pro! Well definitely thumbs up for u Xavier! It took a bit of doing but they took back an old oil filter that was mistakenly sold to me in exchange for the correct one! Decent people working here!

Great service, friendly staff

Very helpful. Needed a special windshield wiper which they did not have. I could not remember where I got the other one and the clerk said he would come out and try to find out what brand it was for me. The brand was not marked on the other wiper, so he couldn't help me identify it. I appreciated his help as I've gone through two other brands that said they would fit my car and did not. Apparently only my car for five years took those blades so it's hard to find the proper fit.

First time here and Eddie helped me with my wiper blades for my VW. Its my first German Car and different than I'm use to. Second time here and Grant helps me out big with an battery issue. Not only does he install it but let my dog and I sit in the store during 90 degree heat. Super friendly and helpful. Great employees! Plus Eddie Grant?! Electric Avenue lol

these guys are friendly and provide excellent service , if you're just getting into cars like me you may not realize how much cheaper it is to order parts online. However when i found out how much cheaper it is, I still found myself coming here half the time just for the advice expertise and good conversation! If you dont know what you're doing definitely come here.

Sales person was extremely helpful. Looked everything up for me got to get a counter and even came out and replaced the wiper blade that I had to replace give him a five-star

Absolutely excellent service. One gentleman went outside with me to look at my ford f150 battery cables. Explained how the parts worked and thst i should get a specialized part at a Ford dealer. No sale but tremendous help. Thankyou. Part was special negative battery post clamp

Only place out of 6 stops at different parts houses that was able to read the OBD CODE on my 1995 chev 1.5.. Louis and another counter man (wish i had gotten his name, but i will next trip) were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
The Chevy dealership down the road wouldn't even try. Their comment was "we don't work on cars over 20 years old"...
And AUTO Zxxx said they got rid of all their OBD 1 code reading equipment...

We had a check engine light pop up while traveling to Milwaukee and was able to get a diagnosed and corrected thanks to Alex. I appreciate the wonderful service!

the guy there was very helpful showed me what cleaning product to buy for my rims it works like a champ would highly recommend

Let me start here: I know very very little about cars. With that said, these guys have no problem explaining even the simplest of tasks, breaking it down so much even an.... well, even I was able to do it. Very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly.

The staff was very quick when we called made sure they had the part and it was on the counter waiting to switch out with the core , got us rung up and out the door , best pit crew ever thanks guys and gals!!
