Tim Hortons

I go to this Tim Hortons more than the others by my house. I go in the morning with my doggies in the car to the drive thru. They are fast! And the breakfast comes out good. And the coffee. I like the cold brews and Cafe mocha the most. They people working there in the morning look like they enjoy their job, which is nice. I can tell by the service.

Long drivethru line but it moved along fairly quick. Operator took order repeated it back to me to verify, I got to window all workers multi-tasking! Operator putting together our order then got our payment & we got our order. All product hot-fresh & I can tell a good store manager has replaced & hired a good crew there now! Great job done!

Always great coffee and the food is amazing. The workers at Tim Hortons are so nice and friendly. I love this place.

I had the pleasure of visiting in both the morning and afternoon, and I can say the staff at this location were some of the nicest, most pleasant, and terrific people I've ever met. The ladies in the morning helped me find a substitute for my drink- the blueberry redbull in the Sky's The Limit drink as the regular was unavailable, and it was a genius idea! If this location were closer to my hometown, I'd absolutely visit here instead. I bought all 4 of the smile cookie pins and showed them off to everyone at work!
The afternoon staff was kind and helpful and very efficient. I wasn't feeling well- migraines -and the young man that helped me and made my chicken panini was great and truly made sure I was okay.
If the staff read this review, I'd just like to reiterate that you're all doing an excellent job and I hope you continue to do so.

The food is good if they get your order right! If you're getting your food delivered make sure you say how many drinks you have and sides for example a muffin or donut because they forget to put those things in your bag. Several times grub hub will say they delivered the items but really didn't

amazing customer service they go over and beyond ! They did an amazing act of kindness today for son who was crying cause they were out of chocolate milk! They turned his tears into a smile before we left! Now that's what I call great customer service ! Well Done Tim Hortons on South Park Ave ! Y'all rock!

Tim Hortons is the best kept secret in the border states. I never heard of it before moving to NY. Now, I'll never go anywhere else for coffee and breakfast. Tim Hortons, thank you for existing! 😻☕🍩

This place is the best location to grace mankind. No other structure could match the absolute unit that is this establishment. One could not hope to compare the customer service of this place to any other organized community or business in the known oblivion that is our universe. Who could, in any sense of honesty, say that entering this portal to paradise isn't the greatest experience you've ever happened upon. The joy of getting my order messed up multiple times in one sitting is the best example of capitalism, and being threatened with a lawsuit for guessing the age of the manager is a one way passage to Nirvana. I have become enlightened by this experience!

I used to avoid this location, took a chance to go the other day and I was pleasantly surprised! Lynn is the name of the employee in particular that made my experience fantastic, I will be back again just because of her friendliness! Thank you Lynn and the rest of the crew at South Park Tim’s!!!!!!!

I moved away to South Carolina back in January. Unfortunately they don't have Tim Horton's. On a visit back to WNY, I had to have a large mocha iced coffee. It was amazing! I love Tin Horton's and they never disappoint.

Got a farmers wrap loaded with bacon and sausage and a coffee. In and out, this place is great for morning Togo orders as they are not crowded and you can get in and get out so your not late for work.

Staff friendly quick. Young man was very patient and sweet as elderly woman picked 2 at a time for timbits. Took a few extra minutes but made her very happy

Juliet a supervisor helped us inside at the cash. Excellent customer service. My steep tea order was correct and perfect. Another happy Canadian customer

Stopped in to get a coffee on the way home from the bills game. Staff was slammed with orders surprisingly but kept a smile on their face and service was great, coffee hot.

I was stuck in the storm with a semi & they were giving free coffee & food to everyone who was stranded they were letting people who were stranded in cars stay there. Can't say enough good about them . All the other chains would have taken advantage . They have made me a customer for life.

At the moment this is the best tasting time I have had. I always get the same thing and this order actually has flavor. I am sure that its a one time thing but to the ppl who made this order awesome

Love this location. The workers are Great and friendly and the food and coffee is amazing. I will drive to this location to get my coffee fix.
