Last two times an amazing employee helped me with two of our fob keys. She was professional and super efficient in knowing what I needed. I am terrible w names I think it was Eyewin ?? but it’s only a poor guess. Was Sat morning 1/20 where she cut and programmed a new key. Impressive as it’s not easy to do w this car. Thank you so much for being so helpful and spot on!! Fantastic!

Those guys are really helpful and know their job. I have been purchasing all my batteries at their store, for the last 4 years (boat, cars) : they help reload the battery when necessary and backup the warranty when needed. Besides the store is always neat and packed with useful items. Stop shopping on Amazon and head over there!!

The staff was great and help me find what I needed even when I didn't know. They patiently walked outside so I could show them it seemed to be no trouble for them. Second time visiting this location even though the first visit they couldn't help me but they were nice.

VERY VERY Long story short, my car wasn’t working properly after the battery was changed. Victor went above and beyond to help make sure was my car was running right. Ahhh man. Jamie had great people skills! Very polite and friendly. She also offered to search and save the battery for me at another location if her store was inconvenient enough for me to get to. Lucky for me that they had the battery for my antique Chevy. Unfortunately, my car had been converted to a 12v system. So I ended up needing a different battery. By the time my mechanic explained the dilemma, I was slightly out of the return time frame. But store manager Jeremy said that was not the problem. His main focus was to get me the RIGHT battery for my car. CLUTCH! THAT'S what I'm TALKING about! Thanks guys! I'll be back when I need ya! And I'll recommend because of the hospitality.

Went in for a scheduled appointment to have the charge port replaced on my iPhone after being advised to do so by my cell service provider. As it turns out, the associate at Batteries Plus found that the port needed to be cleaned thoroughly but that there was no damage to it or any reason to replace it. I appreciate her honesty and the time she took to help me as opposed to having replaced the part and charged me the $80+ to do so. Thank you so much!

They always help me, and are very pleasant to deal with. Prices have gone up, but still within my price range. Turnaround time is excellent.

I called, asking if they had batteries for my cell phone. I knew if I'd gone to Verizon, they would tell me I had to get a new phone.
I ordered the battery online, after being told the SKU #, and went to pick it up today.
Not only did he put my new battery in, but he cleaned my entire phone. It looks new! I've dealt with these folks several times with watch batteries, and every time the customer service is outstanding, as is the friendliness of the folks who work there.

All employees were extremely knowledgable when it came to lithium ion batteries and gave great advice on replacement options. Matt also repaired my the loop on my broken keyfob with a piece of heat shrink, which was very resourceful. The staff was extremely friendly and I will most definitely return to this store.

Staff at this location are helpful and experienced, as well as selling a wide range electrical products they also undertake small repairs at very reasonable pricing.

Came to replace an iphone 5 battery since they were the only ones who had one in stock. Guy on the phone was very helpful and told me about the repair discount online. Battery performance is a lot better.
