Panera Bread

I’ve never visited this place before new management took over but i must say i was blown away by level of service that was provided. The new assistant manager there truly takes her position seriously and is very accommodating. I felt welcome as soon as i was greeted almost immediately after walking through the door. I highly encourage you to give this place a (new) try and disregard the outdated reviews — highly recommend!

Just joined the Panera unlimited sip club. This location is best out of every other we have been to.

Drinks are always ready for pickup. Staff is supportive and sweet!

We love Panera flavours. Everything is always tasty. It’s definitely our go to fast food choice. Big shout out to the sweet staff at this store. I was having a rough mamma day and after some confusion with my mobile order they all worked together to get it sorted and get my kids fed! It was so nice to see the staff work together to make my day great again.

Jessika gave some of the most considerate costumer service I have ever had; She has such an uplifting presence! The food was also great!

They have a good selection of bread 🥖 i like the bread bowl with soup. I enjoyed their cheddar broccoli 🥦 carrot 🥕 soup

Their food is delicious and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. We have started ordering the family meal and have had the best experience. The food is ready quickly and the curbside pick up is very efficient. This past time, we were missing a few items from our order. I called the store and without any hesitation, the manager quickly rectified the problem and exceeded our expectations in customer service. Obviously we would have preferred for our order to have been right without issue but the way they handled it completely made up for it. Thank you Panera East Cobb for being such a great and delicious food spot we can rely on!

If I could give this store a 10 star I would! Jaydah the girl with the glasses and nose piercing gave the best service. She was so helpful and amazing. She smiled and made sure I got the help I needed. I hope she will be the person taking my order every time!! Thank you!

Definitely check the restaurant's hours first. The Mediterranean sandwich is awesome. They're still great considering the staffing. Just give yourself a well deserved two martini lunch and break out your phablet.

It's a super big store that is great to study/ work in. Everyone who works there is nice and you'll get your food quickly.

Anecdotal but I used their Rapid Pickup to order the cinnamon scone which they ran out of. When I got there, the girl working let me choose whatever i wanted which i thought was cool.

Went there for the 1st time in a year. I'm happy they made it. Had there flat bread pizza. I thought it was great. Their salads and soup have always been great. They distance the tables. We ate inside.

Great pick 2 selection! And the bread on the sandwiches were so fresh and delicious. Loved the chicken noodle soup. Tasted home made. Helpful and courteous cashier's.

Thai Chicken soup is great! Half Tuna salad on sourdough and great iced tea - several flavors. Outdoor seating. Pick up a bakery item for dessert.

Fresh food, quality service, relatively quick. It's a solid little place to grab a bite to eat and not feel disgusting afterwards. The stores are always clean and the facilities are well maintained.

I messed up the location of my Rapid Pick Up order, and Allie at East Cobb was SO kind and helpful in getting a new order to me on my lunch break. Amazing customer service and I will not forget it! Thank you Allie!

This is a great place to eat and relax. The staff are very nice and the food is always fresh. It's never too crowded either so that makes things easy as well.

I always have a good experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and the service is prompt. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my order to be ready.

Salad was yummy with fresh ingredients. The service was great.

The employees are nice. The food is delicious; although this location does seem to always be busy.
