My experience with Peachtree Computers for the very first time was great. They were able to recover my data from my iMac computer that had the Operating System (OS) reinstalled by another company and I had discovered that I did not have it backed up as I previously thought and the OS reinstall cleaned out everything. Peachtree Computers was able to recover the data. They explained everything well and had great advice. Aaron did a great job and was very patient and polite. I highly recommend Peachtree Computers. I have used Peachtree Computers in the past and I have always had such a good experience! First off, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are a one stop shop for computer purchase, repair and RECYCLING. Been doing an electronic purge but had lost track of which desktops/laptops/pads had been scrubbed of personal information. Peachtree check and erased any info and did a back up of all the information to an external drive (which I bought through them at a very competitive price). I'm not putting my second load together. Then I plan to have them optimize and help me organize what remains. FIVE STARS, absolutely.

They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my bonehead mistakes with my custom PC build. I took in a machine that wouldn't even turn on, and picked up a repaired and fully functioning PC that same day, for a very small fee. Very professional and polite and understanding. Would definitely use again.

The only shop I come to for my computer needs! I genuinely love coming here they make everything easy when it comes to broken computers. They do such a great job explaining what’s wrong and make sure you understand everything so that you’re able to make the best possible decision. I had some problems with my custom PC and I was originally going to take it to Micro Center but after being told they wouldn’t even be able to diagnose my computer for over a week I came here instead. The guys were very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix it. They had my computer diagnosed, fixed, and back in my hands in less than 24 hours. They also fixed a couple hardware issues I had no idea I had with my PC for no charge. When I picked it up they charged me a very fair price instead of an arm and a leg. I will definitely be coming back here for any future problems I might have regardless of the drive distance; they are worth it.

To send my laptop in at Best Buy they quoted me $500 (which was the base price). Peachtree was able to fix my screen and there was a 50% chance that switching the touchscreen would end up breaking the computer, but they were able to do it successfully!

New location (within past couple years), but same high level of service that I've come to expect during the decade+ that I've been taking my computers to them. I appreciate that they always carefully set expectations, explain issues thoroughly, and keep open lines of communication during repair processes.

Fast and friendly service! Brought in one of our business PCs that wouldn't turn on and Peachtree Computers had it up and running in no time. Service was also very affordable!

The staff is polite and patient. They are attentive and listen to your concerns. I felt very confident leaving my computer in their care, and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

I had a cracked screen on my MacBook Pro M1 laptop. Other places were charging upwards of $500 for the repair (MicroCenter quoted me $785, utterly ridiculous), but I'm so glad I chose Peachtree Computers. It took a while for the correct part to come in but once it did, the repair took less than a day and costs only $385. The check-in & check-out process was very quick and simple, and they kept good communication with me. If I need another repair, I will 100% come back and recommend it to others.

The process was fast and easy. They were actually recommended to me by Geek Squad. They got my screen repaired faster than the timeline they presented me and kept great communication with me during the repair.

The screen of my laptop broke, and I took it to Peachtree computers in East Cobb for repair. With it being my only computer it's always a nerve wrecking experience, both for the owner as well as for people who do the repairs - they are also under pressure to do the best job. I could tell that the staff of the store took it very close to heart and addressed the problem the best they could, as quickly as they can. They are compassionate, friendly and they got it fixed! We are fortunate to have them in the neighborhood.

My computer was compromised and the police suggested I get it scanned for Malware to make sure it didn’t have any back door put on the computer by the hackers. They were very FRIENDLY and EFFICIENT . They gave me a price to scan and a price if they found something that had to be removed. They didn’t find anything, so it was the lower price. In other words, they are HONEST

Peachtree Computers did a great job of diagnosing a problem with the Windows software on my laptop that had become corrupted, and upgraded the hard drive to a much faster digital drive. Aaron kept me informed throughout the two days the laptop was in the shop, and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use Peachtree Computers again.

I rarely take the time to write a recommendation and will only do so if the service was truly exceptional. And it was. It was refreshing to receive such excellent service. The staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to fix my laptop while trying to avoid any unnecessary expenses. They called me regularly to provide status updates on the repair and my laptop was ready and working as promised. If you need any repairs to your computer/laptop be it hardware or software related, I highly recommend Peachtree Computers.

The techs are very courteous
