Courtney was terrific. First class customer service (polite, understanding, and worked very fast). My wife and I had bought a battery from Advanced Auto that had failed. Courtney confirmed that it was still under warranty; he then physically replaced it for us and got us on our way super-fast. If you live in the East Cobb area, go see Courtney at Advanced Auto as he'll take good care of you.

Angel and the staff at the East Cobb store were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I arrived with a dead battery in my car. Angel made sure it was the battery and that the alternator and starter were both still working by performing tests on them as well. They removed the old battery and replaced it with a new one. I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff at this store.

I stopped in for a battery check…. Then I bought a new one. Zully was super helpful!! Courtney replaced my battery for me, not only was he incredibly helpful, he did it super fast!! Great service!!!

We brought our car in tonight, Phet was great, he checked the battery, determined it was bad, and he talked us through the options. Then he installed the battery, all the while handling the phones and other customer questions.

My guy Pet took great care of me. He was honest about the alternator on my 2016 Kia. I had the wrong size battery and he was able to inform me that in order to have the test run properly. I need to have the right size battery advance needs more on his folk like him.

Logan was incredible! I needed a new battery in a pinch and I had my 4 month old daughter with me. He was so helpful and thorough and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. He even taught us how to change the battery ourselves. He had a great attitude and was super knowledgable. The young lady inside was also incredibly sweet and talked to us while we waited. I stopped in advance, auto parts store in another town and purchased windshield wipers. They gave me the wrong windshield wipers, and did not change them for me. I came into the store, and Cortney helped me get the right wipers and put them on for me. He was fast and efficient. Thanks, Cortney F!! 5 stars ⭐

My daughter and I stopped by on Saturday to ask for help with a headlight on her car, a Hyundai Tuscon. The gentleman who helped us was very helpful, even when the light was extremely difficult to remove and replace. We appreciated that he didn’t give up and took care of it for us!

He explained why, and what I should do in the future and put the oil in the car. He is truly an asset to your store and AAP. I needed bolts for my windshield wipers. Daniel tried several and installed the right ones for me free of charge. He fixed the problem my dealership couldn't.
