Love that the staff are wearing masks and they’re requiring people to wear masks and adhering to the social distancing. The store was pretty quite. We maybe waited 10 minutes. Not bad for a store with only one representative present. Christina at the front desk welcomed us in. I needed a phone upgrade and I got it. She was so cheerful and answered all my questions.

Not only did I get a phone upgrade, I also got a screen protector and phone case that was on clearance!!! What a deal and she saved me $30 by waving the activation fee! The store looked very clean and neat. My transaction with Christina went quite smoothly!!! A 1 customer service!!!

I felt valued as a customer and respected with the provided service. I will likely be changing plans from Verizon to TMobile due to the incredible deals and great people.

I have come to this store for an array of needs and the staff has always been great. Yohawnn has helped me on a number of occasions and was great to work with when my grandfather was purchasing his first smart phone. Friendly environment. The store can get really busy.

The assistant manager and the rep here were very nice and the customer service was excellent! He was able to resolve multiple issues that raised as I was porting over some lines and opening a new account. I highly recommend this store over any other store in the area.

They are so helpful! I have been there a few time to upgrade phones and make changes and the sales person Chris who has helped me has done wonders and I have never left that store upset or disappointed

Unprofessional… they tricked us… we asked for the deal of 4 iPhone for free when you switch to T-Mobile but the agent didn’t write the right promotion and charged us insurance on all phones without our consent…I highly recommend management to drug screen them periodically

On February 1, 2024 we were at T-Mobile in Soscol. Employee offer and stated this offer to me We got a iPhone 15 and add an additional line to my line the employee there told me a free second line and a third line for $25 dollars. I accepted the offer and went home happy. Today I got a message that my bill is 448.00 dollars I am in shock and wait believe it. So I call 611 and it results to be a lie and that employee lie to me and now I have to pay more than I expected and thought. It is not okay for employee to lie to you about this things due to commission, sale, and profit. I am so upset and disappointed with the company worst part is that I recommend my friends to this company thinking it was good but it ended up being a disappointment for them and me.

They tried to sell me a screen protector for 75 dollars for an 23 ultra. I found them on Amazon 3 for 10 bucks. The mark up is insane. I do not recommend this store!
