Five Guys

I've been ordering from here for many years, periodically, and the burgers are always delicious & correct. Their milkshakes are a good choice, (wouldn't recommend the bacon in the shake though). I prefer the Cajun Fries over the regular fries, although sometimes they are too salty, instead of spicy. Toppings are free/simply paying for the burger, which in my opinion is a great value, as I normally order "All the way" meaning mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard. The pictures are from November '22, where I had a huge order and was completely correct and delicious. The presentation of the burgers at Five Guys ARE NOT the priority, but the quality/flavor of the burger IS. I've ordered both online on their website and in-person and have had no issues for many years.

Today was my very first time trying Five Guys and I have to say.... This was without a doubt, the best burger I’ve ever had! It was juicy, seasoned to perfection and a very nice size! I order the bacon cheeseburger w/ all the works.... lettuce, mayo, ketch/must, pickles, grilled onions and extra cheese lol. The Cajun fries were to die for also! I ordered through DoorDash and received my food very quickly. It was wonderful. Deserves 10 stars!

The one and only! 5 guys burger and fries is a Michigan based legend in the burger category! They make an old fashioned burger with an enormous amount of choices in the toppings section. They also have different types of hot dogs if your not craving any of their juicy burgers. Old fashioned shakes that are heavenly. They also have regular fries or Cajun seasoned fries. You can't go wrong with either choice! If your thinking about a burger for lunch or dinner, you gotta go to 5 guys and it will be assured, you won't be disappointed. 😍

I just left from the Allen Park location and they are literally washing the walls in the lobby! Yessss, I love it! Clean atmosphere all around! Makes me feel super comfortable to order my food from them plus it always tastes amazing!!! Good job Allen Park 5 guys!!!

It’s currently 02/22/23, 5:30 pm. I am a truck driver, from southern Ohio. I travel a lot and of course when I stop I have to find something good to eat. Five Guys is one of my favorite places back home, so any chance I get to have some away from home is a plus, but I must say, it’s usually a hit or a miss going different places all the time, especially with staff and customer service. I will say, this store was not only clean and has amazing food, but everyone working was in a great mood, getting things done but also enjoying their time and seemed really happy. Very nice staff and I congratulate management and everyone that plays a part in making their work life more enjoyable than most. Most of all, I’d like to thank Willie. He was the person that got my food ordered and cashed me out, really awesome guy, super nice and definitely had a good attitude. Keep at it guys ! Thank you !

The burger was good and the staff was very friendly. What always gets me are those fries 🍟 and the guy gave us a whole lot more than what we ordered.

I'm from about 4 hours North of here, but my twins go to college down here. They requested that I picked up 5 guys for dinner. I walked in to order, and as I waited for my food, it was extremely refreshing to see every single employee change their gloves about a half-dozen times, at least. Coming from a food service background it was a welcomed sight to see. Kudos to you! It's greatly appreciated! Keep up the great work!

While Five Guys doesn’t tout themselves gluten free, the only gluten containing items are the buns. When I told them I had celiacs on (11/18) the manager worked on my order himself. No one else touched my food and he took as many precautions as possible including telling everyone that got near my food that this was a gluten allergy. Awesome experience and I really appreciated the sincerity in which it was taken.

Best fries. They gave so much you’ll easily get full. Amazing grilled cheese by the way. Can’t wait to come back

Zakee is the man. He makes everyone feel special when they come through. He is grateful to be working and is an efficient worker. My family will definitely be returning soon! 😊

Most workers seemed very friendly and hard working. Counter person was a little unwelcoming and not too informative. Food was incredible, but pricey.

All beef 🌭 and very good potatoes fries and a lovely staff. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I recommend stopping at this particular location. I may put them in my next music video. This is recording artist Ismail Abdul.

Met some friends for milkshakes there and sat outside to enjoy the evening. The manager was so kind. Even when the store closed, he stepped out to tell us we could come in to use the facilities. The staff in general was friendly, and the manager went the extra mile. When so many restaurants are closing early or have long wait lists (this was the 3rd place we tried to go), it was nice to have a place to hang out and catch up with friends.

I always order to go. I absolutely love these burgers. Just the fact you can order so many items on the burger is a nice thing. I will definitely be going back.

I have to admit this was THE single best experience I've had at a restaurant that was within an hour of closing. We stopped in about 30 mins from closing, and not a single gripe from any employee. Andre the manager is the reason for that! All the employees that were on shift that night were amazing. They all worked well together, our food came out hot and fresh, and out shakes with whipped cream were delicious. I have to say that this store is one of my favorites. I don't think i will be able to find a better experience at a restaurant so near to closing time. Thank you Andre and team for making such a great experience for my family and I. Keep up the excellent work and the great attitudes. This alone will keep myself and others coming in

Amazing site. Excellent treat y almost no wait times. Always go for my personal favorite. Cheeseburger all the way with no lettuce and little fries. Love it
