Good shopping with plenty of helpful employees asking if I needed any assistance.

Got a bunch of new houseplants in, that all looked pretty healthy (a nice change from most big box stores).

When I visited, they were talking down the display ceiling fans and selling for half off. Could be a good deal for someone, as long as the warranty was still in place.

Recommend.

This review is strictly for the delivery team of Vaughn Peterson the 3rd and Vaughn Peterson Jr. They single-handedly changed my opinion of my dryer purchase experience from disappointing to very satisfied. The Peterson delivery team understands the customer experience interaction. They get it. From the moment they stepped out of the truck it was all about getting the job done, getting it done correctly, and doing it with empathy, listening, and a positive attitude. Other parts of our purchase experience did not always have those qualities.

Vaughn and his son are the increasingly rare and shining examples of what customer service should be all about.

Lowe’s has a gem of a team in those two men.

My favorite Lowe's. Always able to find a Christmas tree here. The young woman working out in the garden center ringing up trees was SO nice, friendly

Superior customer service than all other competitors. No stores in the city of Detroit. No perks like competitions. Still great service and competitive pricing.

Lowes has thier Christmas trees marked and displayed outside as well. Also, the have people working in that department. Home depot just lost another tree sale just like last year! No prices & no help.

Went to get my Mother's Day's flowers they got the most beautiful flowers to pick out of so many varieties flowers and plants I never seen before

Well kept, I was there for a pickup, and this is the most breezy pickup I have experienced. Wonderful staff, calm and pleasant. Will choose Lowe's over Walmart and Home Depot, specially in Allen Park and Dearborn area

No problem today or any other day. Today was very quick, got our stuff and checked out. The clerk on the self checkout was very helpful.

Had a great experience picking out a generator with Johnathan who was nice enough to assist us through the process even though he works in the plumbing department. Always have a good experience at this Lowes, but wanted to shoutout Jonathan for the above and beyond service!

I went to Lowes located at 23111 Outer Drive, Allen Park. I received the best service experience at this store location from Stephen/Steven I believe was his name. He did spend some quality time in helping find what I needed with a project that I working on at home. I was able to buy the correct materials that I needed to build a gate for my garage at home. Stephen/Steven. You Rock my friend. Thank you so much for your help.

We are heading on an overseas mission trip And needed to find n95 masks right away. Although it appeared Lowes had some in stock, the shelves were empty.

Tiffany in the Pro Sales department checked my item number and there were none in stock. She called another store to have a box held for us, but due to the high demand, they were unable to do so.

Meanwhile Tiffany checked several item numbers to see if any were in stock anywhere.

She located a combo set and then personally took us to the area to locate The them. This area has been very recently reorganized. Ken from that department came to help Tiffany. As you can see from the picture, working in tandem, Tiffany and Ken checked the item numbers of the overstock and located several boxes/models of n95 respirator masks. Which we had not found searching the website. As a result, not only did we get the mafia we needed but they were able to restock and provide this MUCH NEEDED masks for many more neighbors.

They went above and beyond indeed!!!#

The Allen Park Lowe's seems to be a well run store with helpful, courteous employees. I called Christian in flooring on my drive home from another Lowe's (that was completely unhelpful) and he and his supervisor, Tony, checked stock and verified pricing on the clearance tile I wanted. When I arrived later in the day, another flooring employee, wish I had his name, was really great, even getting a cart and helping me load the heavy boxes. On my way out, another employee asked if I needed help loading my truck. Overall, a really pleasant transaction with staff that clearly cared about the customer experience. What a contrast you can see from store to store in the same chain.

Excellent customer service from Ms Arnetta. I believe she was some kind of manager who helped us find everything we needed down to the right drill!

I don't shop here often but today was awesome! I do photography and wanted to paint my studio a few colors. Moses in the paint department was so very helpful and patient. He informed us on some of the best options as far as looks and pricing went. Needless to say, the options we picked translated well on my studio walls. Thank you so much for kindness and helpfulness Moses.

I forgot my Lowe's card and the customer service department helped me to download my card , then the self checkout line cashier assistant was very patient with me with cashing out and scanning my card off my phone.
Very helpful friendly service all around after a long day. This was refreshing to see such a great staff. The store was super clean and things were easy to find. I am grateful for such wonderful service.
