Arby's

We've been going there for a while. We enjoy the atmosphere and the service. This time, we went there to use their electric outlets since our phones ran out of battery because we had no power at home due to the recent severe storms. Staff never complained about us being there for more than 2 hours, so we ate, watched TV and killed time without any complaints from the wonderful staff there.

Kudos for the staff helping with a mobile app problem and helping me with the special offer. Service was friendly, helpful, and fast. My order was correct and included napkins and the sauces I requested without having to remind them or repeat myself multiple time. The counter was clean and not ignored as at so many other restaurants. The food was fresh, made to order, carefully prepared so as not to be a sloppy mess, and hot. The dining area was clean and comfortable. An employee was actively cleaning and sanitizing and most importantly respectful of my dining so as not to intrude or potentially contaminate my food with spray from the cleaning bottle. Pleasant experience overall and most importantly provide fast service, hot food, value, cleanliness and friendly encounters that felt genuine. This was a meal worth the price and flawlessly executed.

After brain surgery, my aunt was craving Arby's . Ours in southgate is closed for remodel. It was worth the 15-minute drive. Just as fast food should be, it was fast. Friendly, too. Thank you.

My favorite food always from shakes to turkey bacon ranch .

The food was good and the restaurant was very clean.

A small mistake was made due to someone ahead of me leaving the line after ordering. They charged me for their food (which was cheaper than my own order) on accident, but upon realizing this, they gave me the person who left's order, and also my own, for less than what my initial order costed. This made for a reduction in waste and one happy customer, as I got to drop off the extra food to my mom. Everything was hot and fresh as always, this location always delivers.

The food here was delicious. And served fast. This was one of the most busiest Arby's I've ever been to. It seems like in a lot of places are closing but this one's doing good and I hope they stay open.

This is a good location. The employess are generally polite. The food is usually fresh and fast. I have been here many times over several years and they are consistently a good Arby's to eat at. I'd recommend to others in the area

Our family are die-hard Arby's fans. After an Arby's restaurant that used to have our loyalty "dropped the ball" time and again on food quality and service, we decided to try this place based on the reviews we saw and the proximity to our travel area (on 5/18/22, about 9:45pm). We were NOT disappointed! After this experience, I learned what a PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY Arby's was all about. From the time we walked in the door we were treated in a professional, courteous manner by staff. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The food was top-notch, made "spot-on" to our request, and totally EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!!

We now have a new 5-Star Arby's that has become our "go-to" going forward for a quality Arby's food experience! Thanks to all your staff who went the extra mile in delivering quality food and customer service! Whatever it is you're doing there, keep up the good work. It made our experience a STELLAR one. I have to say this is probably the BEST Arby's experience we've had... EVER! We'll definitely be back!

Incredible. I ordered one of their biggest sandwiches, fries and a drink, and before I could even fill the cup for the drink, my order was ready and it was hot. I tried the sandwich for the first time and it was amazing. I told the employees that I was happy with their service and now I'm writing it here. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be stopping here.

Didn't eat all so by 10 p.m I was very hungry should of got two sandwiches so good and hot

Always great order is always right

The food was ok, but nothing to write home about. The reason I gave a five-star is because of the level of respect they give along with their smiles and there cheerful personalities. That was my first time at Arby's and it will PROBABLY, be my last but I will always remember their energy. As crazy as this may sound that means a lot to me, maybe more than that 2 for 6 meal.

Stopped in for lunch. Placed was nicely remodeled and the gal that waited on me was very pleasant. The food was really good and hot. I opted for cheese sticks instead of fries or my other favorite, Potato Cakes.
My friend had the Brisket sandwich which looked so good and he raved about I so I must go back and try it the next time. I had the Greek Gyro, and while not as good as my favorite Greek place, they were very good and tasty. And of course, you can't go wrong with their Roast Beef sandwiches either. I definitely want to try this huge sandwich that has all sorts of meats on it. At least in the picture it looked awesome.

Renovation is very nice. Food is good and service is usually pretty quick. Honest people. I dropped my bank card outside there drive thru window one time. They put it in their safe when they found it. Was really happy they found it and I didnt have an issues with theft!

We were a little difficult, but the lady over the drive thru was so nice and very understanding. They did forget our sons kids meal drink which didn't go over well at home!

This Arby's was completely remodeled a few months ago. It is very clean and nice on the inside. The drive through is now on the driver's side. It used to be on the passenger side. Some Arby's were like this never understood why. Always have had good customer service as well
