Great customer service! Didn't catch names but all 3 that were there were very professional. Told me it'd take 30 minutes to replace a screen and it took exactly that. Ended up getting a screen protector and a case as well. Overall very satisfied with the service and price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I took my phone there for the back glass to be replaced and they did and excellent job except for when I got it back, the screen was glitching bad. Thought my phone was going to shut down. It happen a total of three tome over night! I called him and told him what happened as soon as they open and they had me come in and they replaced my front screen free of charge (20 minute fix) and it did fix the problem! All three of the them are awesome patient and professional!

I went in needing a case and screen protector for my new phone. The two guys working were so nice. They gave me a great deal on two cases, screen protector, camera protector, airpods case and cable, and I paid less for everything than what one case would’ve cost actually buying from Walmart. They even gave me some cool stickers. Definitely going back there again and recommending to everyone.

I love this place. Between my kids and I we Crack lots of screens. They'll have your replacement screen up in 20 minutes. And replace the Led for free if it goes out after repaired. The only thing is there can't be a Crack on the screen. Screen protector $7 - $10- clear and Privacy. Fast and friendly.

Andrew was amazing - this is the most pleasant, effortless (for me) screen repair experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with him on the phone and in person when he did my repair and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient during both interactions. My repair was completed in less time than promised and the price was exactly as quoted on the phone. This guy needs a raise and a promotion.. Throw in a paid vacation too.

Fast and perfect screen repair! Andrew did the actual fix but everyone in there was so nice! They have the cutest cases too, they gave me a sweet deal on a Naruto case that I just had to have and sent my kiddos home with some pop it cases. Above and beyond for sure. Their screens are not official apple screens but they work 100% and it’s an excellent option if you’re a broke military family like us and just needs something to work 😅 The price was awesome. 100% recommend.

I broke the screen on my phone and needed to have it replaced
so I called Cellairis to find out if they had one in stock. The Manager told me that they would have to order one. It arrived in two days and I received a call to notify me that I could bring the phone in for repair. When I dropped it off I asked Andrew to also replace the screen protector. He told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, Andrew told me "Good news, only the screen protector was broken". He replaced the broken screen protector and I was all set to go. I asked him how much I owed him, he replied "No charge". What a great experience. I want to thank Andrew, as well as the Manager. I would highly recommend Cellairis to anyone needing phone repair or similar services. Thank you Cellairis!

Took my iPhone to get the cracked screen fixed and they was Amazing. The customer service was beyond my expectation. Not only did they fix my cracked screen but also helped me factory reset it because we could not remember the password. The young man also made sure I had a case and screen protector on my phone before leaving. Theu saved me over $200 and I am grateful for it.

They have a lot of newer people that know their stuff, bought a new case for my galaxy note 10 and The guy who sold it to me was able to use tools to remove the pocket/warehouse lent that was blocking my usbC charging port on my phone. My phone is charging again and no damages so I am happy with the experience I had. Plus my case is compatible with my wireless charging dock.

My husband's phone wouldn't charge at all.. we went to cellairis in the hinesville Walmart and they had his phone charging and everything within 10 minutes.. the customer service was also very good..

Had such a great experience with the help of Damien! He showed us exactly what we were looking for, on top of offering to keep an eye on our shopping cart at the register for us while we looked for our phone case. Great young man ! We left with exactly what we needed and were looking for.

They fixed my iPhone 12 Pro with in no time. Mine was the first one they done. It turned out amazing. Definitely cheaper then filing insurance.
