Had a nice selection of cups to buy and the staff was very friendly! Plenty of parking too.

Every day I buy my coffee here before going to work. The other day I lost my credit card, I stopped to buy a coffee and asked if they had seen my card. Chad handed me the card, Im so glad. Thank you very much to everyone who works in this store, very charismatic and thoughtful people. thank you so much Guys

East Boston location! This is the first of all starbucks i have visited that have employees that are actually friendly, greets you with a "Good morning" with a smile. At least at the drive thru, haven't been inside the restaurant.

The employees here have been impressively welcoming and polite during my multiple trips. I didn't initially like Starbucks, but this location is winning me over. I'm constantly impressed with the cleanliness, politeness, and tastiness of the food and coffee. Nothing bad to say at all. Thoroughly impressed!

My favorite Starbucks in the area. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming when at Drive Thru placing and receiving your order. Mobile ordering and pick up is also super quick. I have never had an error on my drink order & I have been coming to this location for years. Always very busy and the staff is great each time.

The best customer service I have ever received everyone is very nice and attentive! Everyone is always so welcoming so happy always smiling and just watching the employees interact with each other working as a team always makes everything so much easier and quicker! Definitely my to go 🙂

Defiantly think I found my new Starbucks! It’s a little farther away from my house then I’d like to admit but I’d do anything for a consistently good latte! Laura and her night crew are the best around.

Quick service and friendly staff.

I am an Uber driver. Drove Micheal to his work. Associate Benjamin provided an excellent customer service. Introduced me to very nice Pineapple ice tea. The girl at counter pronounced my name very well. All Together a very very pleasant experience. I would recommend it to everyone if you are in town of Winthrop

Diego was amazing!! Very personable, made a good coffee suggestion, and made a good night greater!! Don’t always find myself in a Starbucks, but the food and drink was good, too. I’ll be back to this location!!

I work around this so I visit it quite often. This place is usually busy as heck but, out of the 50 plus times that I have been here they have not once gotten my order wrong. No complaints.

This is my go to Starbucks on the regular. The crew is fantastic, especially in the morning. The coffee is always spot on. My only gripe, which shouldn't take away any stars, is that I wish the parking lot was bigger.

Love Starbucks and this is my favorite one! The staff of top-notch and very friendly. I would not go on Sundays as it is usually understaffed but every other day it is great!

Ben was great. In customer service, I see a lot of people with an "in and out" mentality towards customers. And I know one of Starbuck's prides is in that connectivity, but it's one thing to just refer by name and another thing entirely beyond to strike up converations based on your observations.

I got a gluten free, rice crispy treat, and used there bathrooms, they were immaculate, the burista was pleasant and accommodating, informed me of all they gluten free choices.

Be careful! Drive through is tricky but coffee and service was great!

Had my coffee ready ASAP. The drive thru and parking lot can fill up quick and cause traffic otherwise the staff is quick with the drinks!
