ScrubaDub Car Wash

I have been to many Scrub A Dub car washes throughout Central, Eastern and the south shore areas of Boston. I can say that I have been satisfied with the car washes I have received. The guys and gals that work at Scrub A Dub are all friendly, professional, and courteous at all times. They go the extra distance to ensure that they provide you with the best car wash experience possible. They have large self-service areas for vacuuming and detailing. If there is one minor area of improvement, it would be that the dryers at all locations that I have been to are not drying the cars well enough. I have addressed this issue with one of the managers, and he indicated that they are looking to add more powerful dryers. Overall, I do recommend Scrub A Dub car wash for all your car wash needs.

Wonderful place for washing you car

Alejandro’s service at the Chelsea location was outstanding. He ran me through all of the options while waiting in line, and after noticing how dirty my car was (candidly, the drivers side was covered in bird sh*t), he made sure I was 100% satisfied with the wash before I left and showed me to the free towel drying station and trash bags. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in need of a wash, inside or out.

Automatic wash was good and one of the fastest I've ever done, great spot for a rental car return clean. Vacuums 2 bucks. Had to charge 2 times to get the minivan done.

The best self-service spot in the GBA! They accept cards, which is way easier than trying to use change and cash. All the utilities work and it's 24 hours ! Great spot. Definitely recommend it!

Beware of the price of the vacuum cleaners I used them 2 times and I got a charge of $ 20 on the credit card.

What a great experience!!!

I've been using Scrubadub services for many years (7 + years) and I couldn't be happier.

They have a great team and they will do their best to fix any problem.

I want to thank Mr. Matthew for taking the time to explain and resolve a problem I had with a rental vehicle.

I been coming here for the last couple of years and i really like everyone’s customer service.

Friendly staff, free towels available, many self-wash bays that are all functional, fairly priced monthly subscription.

The automatic drive-through wash machine isn't the best. It is not touchless, and you might get scratches on your brand new paint without PPF. Beware that once you join the line it may be impossible to leave but to go through the wash tunnel. I believe an exit should be provided in case a car wants to leave and cannot due to a long queue behind it. From personal experience, I haven't had any damage on my own daily driver which is lowered and has custom wheels.

In mid 2022 the facility was closed for repair after a fire so I couldn't use my monthly pass,. The company automatically reduced the monthly subscription charge to $0.01 without my asking, which was a nice move. This is a great example of their treating customers well.

Great local car wash

Chelsea is one of the best Scrub a Dub locations. The people are polite and friendly. The after wash station is always well stocked.

Very convenient. Specially if the only time you have available to wash and quickly detail a car. Is late night. Here you will definitely accomplish that. Open 24 hrs a day. Self serve. Vacuums are cool. Go and D.i.y It took me under 10 minutes to give my minivan a quick scrub

The staff is extremely helpful, and kind every time. They keep the double lanes moving, so you aren't waiting too long.

I came in on a Sunday at 17:55, and I was able to get a carwash. That was true for me and at least six other vehicles.

If it were Mattapan, they would have been closed at 17:45

I made the trip to Chelsea because of how spacious this place is! They have automatic, multiple self-wash stalls, and many vacuuming stations. You have ample breathing room and it's not so tightly packed like some of the other locations. Highly recommend!!

I like how the vacuums are 24 hours I never have any time during the day to vacuum my car!
