Dunkin'

I've been going to Dunkin donuts for years and always they are the best going today...

One of the best Dunkin Donuts around the friendly person on customer service was fabulous. the food was fantastic and they didn't make a mistake and the parking was nice and clean

I had a great experience here. Kelly was amazing, she smiled when handing me my frozen coffee . So as the order taker. Keep up the good work miss Kelly and the beautiful smile

This location is consistent something you don't really see at a lot of Dunkins. I do large orders at this location because I know the staff are confident to nail the order down. I typically order about 6 different coffees with different orders of sandwiches/bagels/donuts and never have something missing or done incorrectly. Looking forward to getting my coffee here more often and also using it as an example of what DD brands should look like.

All the staff are very respectful to all the people they wait on. Which I am sure there is & are times which have been tough expected since the Panada c with Covid-19 started. I have been going to both of the Dunkin Donuts on RT16 (1885 Revere Beach Parkway & the one across in) Everett or the past at 6/8yrs s times. I given them alot of credit

The lady at the cashier she Hispanic in the late 40s 50s one the best worker made me a sandwich when you guys where almost closing

Gotta Love dunks yes some of the store associates look miserable but continue to maintain their professionalism while still being able to greet and treat you with respect.

Absolutely lovely employees, they are always very patient and polite, even if I get a tad confused (I fumbled with my money a few times), they’ve always gotten my orders right, and if they miss something they act very nice about it.

A little confusing when u come in to order & want to eat inside..but staff was on top of things, friendly & pizza was AWESOME! AS ALWAYS!!

Besides the bathroom being occupied just about all the time. It's got great coffee, bagles, and donuts. Good stuff right here..

Got the Magic Midnight got with a Sourdough Breakfast sandwich, delicious. Great customer service.

My coffee was brought to the table where I sat waiting for a freshly brewing Dark Roast....very warm atmosphere!!
