AMAZING QUALITY EXCELLENT MOBILE SERVICE. My laptop died. I was told I lost everything, but should try PC Surgeon before i tossed it. They showed up onsite in a PC REPAIR Hummer utility vehicle. Brian built and delivered my new custom laptop. IT came preloaded with all of my programs documents from the dead one.

He operationally changed the entire flow of the office. He fought with my PMS software customer support, and ended up getting me upgrades. Then reinstalled and connected the software to the my printers scanners and fax machine

More work gets done in half the time. My business is far more efficient.

His work was great at first, except it had a time limit. After 2 yrs or so my laptop windows 10 program needed to be authenticated and registered again and now my custom built by him desktop just broke and wont exit recovery screen and I kept having issues with the hard drive. I tried to call Brian and he didn't answer me or call me back.

*Update: I did get a hold of PC Surgeon, and they are currently working on fixing the issues with my desktop and laptop.* Thanks to Kiera for fixing my desktop and her thoroughness. I appreciate it very much.

Brian was amazing to work with for my laptop repair. I have an HP Omen 15 laptop that ended up with a hard-drive looking like crispy chicken but being overheated so badly. He took the laptop apart, cleaned it, replaced it with a new, and better, hard-drive, installed better software, and topped it off with higher quality thermopaste that he caked on to better insulate everything. So far it's working better than new, recommended him to all my friends and family for their PC issues. He goes above and beyond with learning the ins and outs of the device while fixing it, and giving educational updates via text along the way. If you're in need of a computer tech repair, you can't do better than Brian.

This is the best place you can ever go to fix a custom build PC. I was struggling for days with my custom build untill i found Brian. He was so helpful and completely understood the problems I was facing. I could definitely say he knows his stuff pretty well. I had given my system to another repair shop and it took them a week to diagnose it and still couldn't find what was wrong with it, but Brian was able to pin point the error and fixed it within an hour. A wonderful person to be around. Would highly recommend anyone facing issues with their build.

Brian is really helpful and knows his stuff. He updated the thermal paste in my laptop and it runs cooler than ever.

The other tech guy destroyed our house didnt know what he was doing. Brian accomplished more in one day than the other one did in a week! He rebuilt my laptop, rescued my photos from an old hard drive, and made our office flow far more efficient than it was.

Mere days before I had to defend my dissertation my laptop completely died with 5 years of research and writing on the hard drive (that I had not backed up in months). He tried literally everything he knew and referred to colleagues until he was able to not only restore my work, but everything on my hard-drive. He worked overnights, lost sleep, and returned it to me at 1am the morning of my defense. He knew how important the work was to me and made it a priority for himself. I am forever grateful to him. Brian called me back a couple hours after I initially called and then meticulously walked me through the repair for an hour and a half and got me up and running same day. This was perfect an minimized my down time and got me up and running. My issue was a bad power supply and I thankfully had a replacement available. He taught me a lot about my computer. This guy is brilliant! He not only listened attentively to the problem, but offered suggestions that I had not even considered. In fact, as we were on the phone, he was scanning his shop for the components to make the perfect laptop for my requirements.

This computer was for a relative who is on the autism spectrum. She needed to have a reliable computer for quality videocalls and a CD-ROM. Unfortunately, none of the laptops I considered buying as a replacement even came with internal CD-ROMS. That wasn’t a problem for Brian because he simply put one in. The Dell laptop he built is far superior to her old HP in both speed and clarity. He installed a faster hard drive, more storage, a high-definition screen, and added lifetime tech support. The price was affordable and turnaround fast.
