Keys work and didn’t take long. But I had to then buy sanding paper and a file to finish the keys myself. There was so much excess metal from the cutting the key was unusable as it wouldn’t fit in the key hole. Yes I know there was a 2.99 fee to make sure all edges were clean of excess metal shap edges etc … but I’ve used other key kiosk with minimal excessive metal . This was every inch that had been cut

Called on a Saturday to get a locksmith sent to my parent's house because they were locked out. I got a call from technician saying he will be there in 30 mins, but NEVER SHOWED UP. I called 45 mins after the technician called to this KeyMe location, and they said they would "contact" the technician for me. Nothing happened, I did not get a call from the technician nor anybody else contacted me to tell me they could not reach the technician.

I called again 15 minutes later, they knew why I was calling and they said they would "reach out" to the technician. I called 5 more times after that, an half an hour later, an hour later, hour and a half later, two hours later, etc. Still they could not give me a straight answer on where the hell the technician was.

They have the audacity to call me 3 days later to ask me how it went. THEY HAD NO IDEA THIS GUY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP TO MY PARENTS HOUSE. I don't know what kind of business they run here, but it's clear nobody even tried to give this "technician" a call. From what I can tell they probably sent him a text message, and thought "oh well my job here is done I guess". What a complete joke.

Made 3 keys and none of them work. Do not recommend

My key doesn't work at all... followed the directions at the kiosk and now I have a key my kids can't use
