Justin was very helpful, I needed a new phone and plan to get me away from straight talk and he came in clutch. Small update tried to return said phone at a Verizon store and was told had to bring back to where I bought it. And then it is still on my bill as not returned.

Ricky knew exactly what he was doing. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about my new phone. Was careful to make certain i knew what my new monthly charge would be. Gave me his personal number in case I had questions. Great experience!

Luis is Great at what he does. When I say this man worked some wonderful deals for me. Paid off my daughters phone and upgraded me into a Note 10+. Amazing.! Now I don't have to listen to my kids telling me I need to get a new phone... of course they all have iPhone. Thanks Luis!

Let me tell that Mr Luis Rodrigues was not only helpful but his people skills are amazing. He helped me get three lines on my account. Verizon should follow this young mans career cause the way he treated me was nothing less than family. I’m very happy with this young mans skills,attitude,and willingness to help me. Other customers came in and yet he was able to take care of all of us without any issues. First place I’ve ever been too that a Verizon employee was that outstanding. Kayla called me as I walked through the door heading for the restrooms and I've had my phone for several years LG v60 thinq with the dual screen I didn't think it was really getting slow but after seeing how fast apps open on this S23 I lost about an inch on my phone's screen size but this phone is outperforming my old phone by a lot have the $800 trade in credit in and out in about 30 minutes 45 if you count how long it took to transfer data 120 GB worth and I'm definitely liking the camera not as good as my 64 megapixel but it makes up for that with the digital zoom at 30 times and the 8K video very pleased with the customer service that I had in the location

Justin went over and beyond my imagination, I went in just to inquire ABC's actually came out with the phone I wanted 2 years ago. Bro, I owe you some Jamaican dinner. You're the best, thx a bunch and I'll be staying with Verizon now thx to you.

I was honestly ready to drop Verizon AND iPhone, but after my experience at this location, and the way Luis treats customers (above and beyond, and I felt like I was being dealt with honestly, respectfully, and my concerns were important!) I have decided to upgrade ONE more time, in the hope that Verizon is hiring more such quality managers and sales staff.
Instead of selling me whatever was available, Luis did NOT take advantage of the fact that I was traveling-and use my phone as a GPS-
Instead, he referred me to another local store to purchase what I wanted. So, he avoided the quick sale out of respect for a long-time Verizon and iPhone customer.
For this reason alone, Im giving iPhone and Verizon one more chance to keep my business.
This is how you do it, are you listening, Corporate?? Your success or failure hinges on quality people like Luis.

Luis made my day. My old phone was having major issues and he got me upgraded to a new s22 ultra. And while my data was transfering and we were talking he let me know about a new product that solved a major issue ive been having that i didnt know a solution existed for. 10/10 whatever he is paid it needs to be doubled.
