I upgraded my phone at the wireless zone Verizon (E Fayette Ave) it was such a good experience. If you go here definitely ask for Max Dial he was so good with answering all my 1000 questions!

Cyndel does awesome work! She helped me to backup my contacts and photos! Very knowledgeable young lady, treat her well!

Cyndel was patient, kind,understanding and able to help 2 other people while retrieving my photos, apps and other files from a phone i dropped in a pool. I had been to 3 other verizon stores who were of no help. Thank you so much. Such a relief to have all my things back. She made my day!
