Wonderful staff, I had my 2 year old daughter which she was full of energy that day but the staff there played along with her while we set up our new phones. Great service as well we haven't had any issues with our new phones

Review of TMobile company and its service in general - not necessarily of the local store. In this general area - the only decent cell phone service is Verizon - by far! I’ve had AT&T and TMobile - and their service and reception is terrible - many dropped calls and poor reception!

And both AT&T & TMobile resist porting your number to another provider - making the move time consuming and difficult! TMobile now even requires you to obtain a special port pin number to transfer your number to your new provider, which they make almost impossible to get.

And, the local store refuses to help you obtain it - they don’t even know that TMobile now requires it. This has been my recent experience in making the move to Verizon from TMobile, which followed my move from AT&T 6 months ago - which has equally poor service.

So - stick with Verizon, or the Verizon network on Straight Talk, TracFone, Mint, etc. if you want to maintain your sanity! You will be much happier!

T-Mobile is hands down the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure working with. Their service was horrible, customer service even worst, and cannot even provide statements for the service I paid for for months.

Wow avoid this place at all cost $$$$$$$$$had to come back here three times just for a modem their internet ain't worth it!!!!

Cannot connect to the phone store when calling the phone stores’s phone number.
