Proud to call this my local post office. 100+ shipments so far this year without an issue. I use the self service kiosk 80% of the time, but the employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful when I need their assistance. I wish I knew their names to shout them out individually, but I’ve really never had a bad experience and trust them to take care of me to the best of their ability every visit.

My first time going to this Post Office, I went there for a passport, and they were incredibly, efficient, and professional. Jon assisted me and took me earlier than my scheduled appointment, he was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Brian greeted me and took care of my business. Watching him during our wait he was phenomenal with customers. Highly recommend he be promoted or is training staff on how to properly interact with customers. Great job!

IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY STAFF!!! My last couple of visits to this location, I had the pleasure of Jon, waiting/helping me. He seems to go above and beyond to help you & legitimately likes his job. Answering all questions you have & provides information about FREE services offered through USPS.
I don't have a direct view of my mailbox & had items just vanish.. Spoke with my carrier Julie (Route -3514) & she informed me about the free tracking system with USPS. Signed up same day! I get an email/w/pictures of mail or packages prior to being delivered to my home 🏡 🙂 No more missing item's! Thank you all 🤗 😇 The next time you visit or talk to your carrier definitely ask about this service. OmG I think it would be used more if people knew about it. Amazing service by Amazing people 👏

I have been going here often since I have moved back to Michigan and I have always had good experiences here. USPS is still going through a rough time with the awful person installed as PMG who tried to ruin the USPS. The employees and entity has encountered many issues that were purposefully created in the fall of 2020 and haven’t yet been able to be fully rectified. The employees are doing the best they can and I appreciate all that they do.

Came in at 4:30 and was helped right away. Destinee was so helpful making sure we had everything we needed for our passport renewal and saved us money by recommending a different method of postage. Great service!

Rented a PO BOX here and the team was very efficient and knowledge to their job duties. Mail was delivered to box in a timely manner and the location is always clean and stocked.
I just closed the box due to my sales territorial changes.

I just spoke to the nicest woman (via phone) who works at this location. I was having a stressful day and probably came off a little crabby at first, but she was so helpful and was able to assist me with my missing DMV documents that have been addressed to the wrong house -- which is another long, complicated story.

I wanna thank everyone that helped to get my package to me. I have the delivery app and it said my package was out for delivery. The regular mail had already came and no package. The carrier was rude to my husband and said there was no package. I called the post office and everyone that I talked to was extremely helpful. Thay found my package, it was still in the carrier's truck. A very nice gentleman in a suit hand delivered my package to my home and deeply apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you Westland Post Office!!! I give you 10 thumbs up!!👍👍

We have a great postal carrier. She gets our mail to us promptly and efficiently. Her highest quality is her personality and her compassion. She is super friendly and she frequently helps out her elderly customers. I've seen her come back after her shift ends and on her days off to run errands and chores for her customers because she's built a friendship with them and they trust her greatly. In a community where the large majority of the residents are over 65, it's nice to have someone like her watching out. (More people should lend their elders a helping hand.) Kudos to D - you are the best.

Wonderful customer service, everyone is VERY NICE...... Except for BOB (the older Caucasian man). The hours are great, and I especially enjoy Verne...... Such a sweetheart she is! Bob needs to retire, or get retrained on how to treat customers. I had actually stopped going there for awhile because of him, but luckily he has wonderful coworkers that make-up for his horrible personality!

Excellence service. Busy post office, so the workers are stretched but they do their best. The line is nearly out the door daily, the workers never get a slow period. The workers take a lot of flax for conditions they cannot control. Treat them with courtesy, you'll get the same back. I go there a lot.

Everyone at this location was very cheerful and kind. Very clean and organized, lines moved fast and Leon helped us retrieve our missing mail. Thank you so much! Happy Holidays!

This post office is the nicest place with the nicest people. The line, if any, moves fast and you don't feel rushed when being waited on. I really like going here for stamps and mailing packages.

I like going to Westland’s Post Office! They are friendly, efficient and there are usually 2 or 3 people serving so the line goes quickly. The hours are great too!

Keeping in mind that these are human beings that have emotions just like the rest of us. They take a lot of abuse from the public and do their best to be polite. I am satisfied with the service

Drive and when one of my neighbors got home from
work they brought it to me.
