I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.

I love the customer service here, and I appreciate Ms Sue she is excellent, patient, and I appreciate her sooo much I recommend her and this store for sure

I have been an on and off customer with Metro for 11 years. 2 years ago we found this store and Sue and we will honestly never go anywhere else. She is so accommodating and always trying to get her customers the best deals. She is very straight forward and to the point and doesn't give you any price that she does not know she could get for you.
