Went shopping for a TV customer service rep Larry was excellent. Gave us all the information we needed to make a great decision on which TV would fit our budget. Highly recommend asking for Larry if you are interested in a LG product.

I was helped by a salesman named Nick who was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right product. It was really nice having someone who knew what they were talking about to help pick between all the options.
Nick was very helpful and patient throughout the process and helped make sure I got the best price and knew about all the offers and promos available.

Great service on my laptop which wouldn't load YouTube. They also researched and installed a Spanish keyboard for me even though no on there had done so. They even called me after hours to let me know my laptop was ready for pick up. Thank you!!!

Christmas gift card shopping, and got some great help from a gentleman in Electronics. He was working by himself, but went and found gift cards I was looking for but couldn't find. Was very patient and addressed every customer that was waiting while he took care of me. Very impressive. I think his name was Jerry? Anyway, it was Saturday morning before Christmas, and he was very helpful!

I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup in less than an hour. When I came to pick that up, I didn't really have to wait and was done with that transaction very quickly. I also purchased a case for my new tablet in the store. It did not fit properly, so when I came back to return it, the wait was a little longer. It is close to Christmas though and they were taking care of people as quickly as possible. All the employees seemed very helpful and friendly.

Best is always a fun time! We mostly get our video games and other accessories here at Best Buy. Can't wait till these are installed and we can play.🎮🎮🎮

I went to look at TVs, and I ended up buying a 58" Insignia. My sales associate, Bill, was thourough and patient with my 1000 questions. The TV is BEAUTIFUL and I am very satisfied. Bill even helped me load my set into my car. Thanks!

Great staff working this Best Buy, must mention especially Easton, Kelli and Amy, all really great employees with a friendly attitude, which was quite refreshing to see. Store is stocked well and is easy to navigate/find things inside, and staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with getting just the right thing. High regards for this Westland Best Buy!

Great location with great finds! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was assisted by an employee who wore a Samsung polo. He was very knowledgeable about Samsung Galaxy watches and explained how open box worked and ensured that the one from the app was still available.

The other departments were well stocked and staffed. Everyone was friendly and professional. They had lots of sale items as well as some open box items.

I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some electronics, appliances, etc.

I had a problem returning an item to the Novi Best Buy store (where I purchased it at) and the corporate customer service agent I called suggested that I try making the return at another Best Buy location. I went to the Westland store and the manager there treated me with respect, listened to my problem, and took action to resolve it. From now on I will always make my Best Buy purchases at the Westland store rather than Novi. The manager at the Novi store truly did not value me as a customer, where the Westland manager showed me that he cared. Thank you!

The stay was very friendly. The Geek squad department was very helpful as well. They always greet you when entering and leaving the store. I would recommend going there.

I had a VERY old laptop that was out of date and slowly giving out. It had been many years since I had shopped for a computer...like over 20 years. I needed a new laptop, a lot of help setting up my new tablet for music and help with my new phone. Hannah, in the Geek Squad department, spent well over an hour patiently explaining what I needed to know to get the computer and software I needed, showed me how to set up and use the music apps on my tablet and got me going on my new phone. She was cheerful, positive, and encouraging as well as very knowledgeable about everything I needed help with. I have always had positive experiences in this store, but this time was definitely 8 stars out of 5. (This is not a mistake.) Thank you Hannah and Best Buy for helping me get my best buy again! I'll be back!!!

I order a PS5 for my son and had to drive to another location to pick it up. I got in and out of the Westland, MI store in 10 minutes. Thank You Bestbuy, your customer service is A-1.

I would rather buy my electronics at a brick and mortar, instead of online, in case there's a problem. Good customer service.
