Good post office! The little postage print machine is quick and convenient. It does print stamps one at a time so if you're getting multiple stamps I recommend walking up to the window! Other than that the people working here are very kind and understanding!

All but one employee has been nothing but professional and friendly! We all work with that one person so I am guessing she is theirs! It’s a post office so I am not grading on the wait times.

Ed is the man! If you have the opportunity to have his assistance, highly recommended. He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He deserves to be the post master general.

Been going here for yrs! Never had an issue or problem. The ppl working there r hilarious 😂. I can tell when they are irritated by ppl. which I totally get. Ppl get to window 🪟 not ready. Holding up the line. I don't get. What ppl don't get. Every where u go these days. Lines are long. Restaurant, retailers etc.pack your patience and wait. Every where u go these days Understaffed. I like this post office. I'm only speaking for myself. Dj

I am appalled at reading some of the reviews. Maybe everyone's experience and expectation is different. However, I have lived in Canton for over 20 years and I have visited this post office many times for all sorts of businesses. The staffs at this post office have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. I rarely write reviews, but when I saw they had only 2 stars out of 5, I feel very unjust. I truly believe they are doing a great job.

Even though frequently busy, the clerks get everyone helped and out the door as fast as possible without feeling rushed. I've never had bad counter experience, Elizabeth, Linda, and Tawnie are always so nice! Although I've had mail from other cities /streets attached to my mail, I understand things happen as well as misdelivered mail. I just put it back in the box with the flag up and the carrier always whisks it away the next day. Because I get alot of packages I have a huge "barn" box, they love it and so do I. Patience and understanding goes along way people.

I was so impressed by the service at the post office! I am not very familiar with shipping packages, and I had quite a few to ship! They not only walked me through the whole process but gave me tips on how to make shipping cheaper! They helped me find the right size box and it since I had a rare shape Item to ship they Helped show me how to make a Box that is the wrong size work for my needs! I was very impressed with their service!

Went today and was served by Ron who not only knew instantly how to solve my mailing problem but did so politely and efficiently as well. We were in and out quickly, everyone there seemed to have their needs met by the helpful staff, no fuss and good customer service. The place is neat and laid out well, I'll come back to this location if I ever need to mail anything in the future.

Couldn't open my parcel box with the key provided. I believe that this key is worn out and needs replacement. I called the Post Office, and Lisa answered and assured me that my package would be delivered to my door sometime today to help out. Great people at the Canton Michigan Post Office! Thanks Lisa!

All the employees at this location are extremely helpful and very warm and friendly. It's my favorite post office because of the hours of business and the people. Even when it gets a bit crowded, the employees maintain a positive disposition and are informative and patient.

A lady came in yesterday and said “ The reason why your so busy is bc Everyone comes here your so friendly. I never thought about it that way before. I want to say thank you to our people bc we can in 2 place out if 220+ other offices on the customers survey contest. I have never been on this site before bc when I’m off work I’m off. I had great experiences dealing with the Canton location on Canton Center Rd, Elizabeth (front personnel) has always been helpful and will take time to explain all the options that might be beneficial for me. I also called this location for some information and they did call me back promptly.

I’m in there daily, and they’re the most patient and helpful PO I’ve been to. Especially Elizabeth, Ramona, Linda, Ron and Tawny! Granted they could use some help with their staffing.... and sometimes pretty backed up.

I've always received excellent and kind service at this office. Tellers are willing to help and are quick to offer various shipping options. Thanks to all for making my visits speedy!!

Typical post office. Nice large parking lot. Could be cleaned up a bit/refreshed, but then people would complain about wasting tax dollars. No reason to dislike this location in my experience.

Called this location to confirm GPS location of an amazon package that buyer complained not received although tracking showed delivered. Spoke to Ms Lori and she was very helpful.

They are always so helpful at this location! I drive a little farther to come here because they're helpful, knowledgeable and they stay open later.

They recommend options which is good. very friendly service. The supplies there r very expensive

I’ve been here for applying passport after making an appointment for my son when he was 6 months old, they helped to take a passport size photo and submit the passport application without any issue.

Mail Grandkids all their holiday presents from here, they have stamps, cards, boxes, envelopes, packing materials & drop off box, postal boxes, excellent staff!
