They helped me out and ordered a part I needed from another store. The pricing here beats everywhere else by long shot. Spark plug here was 6 dollars. At autozone they wanted 13 dollars for the same exact spark plug

I did not go into this store. I called for some information and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite,friendly and very helpful. He checked on everything I asked for and answered all my questions.

I went in to Advanced Auto Parts asking for a door prize donation for our VFW POST Car Show fundraiser, and boy was I surprised. First I find out that they give Veterans a 10% discount! They had all the flags flying from Coast Guard, Army, Navy and Air Force. I was impressed. Then when I presented our car show flier the manager gave me a bucket to fill up with auto needs. I will pass this on to all our members of our post 7310 and all District 4 of Michigan of the greatness Advance Auto Parts has for our Veterans! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

I am a senior citizen who needed a headlight replaced. The young man's name was Dave that waited on me and was nice enough to come out and install my headlight for me Plus checking out all the others. Very nice experience excellent customer service

My wife and I went into the Advance Auto in Trenton and man did I have a very pleasant and refreshing experience. I came here a couple years back and my visit was not very good at all. I said I would never go back BUT so glad I gave them another chance!!

Melton was amazing, a true God send during a trying time. I could go on and on about how amazing, patient accommodating and knowledgeable he is…… Advance Auto is definitely lucky to have him. The service there was phenomenal all the employees there were courteous professional and knew exactly what they were doing i dealt with the gm steve i believe his name was and he was one of the best auto parts guy ive ever dealt with. I ve been to many other auto parts stores and this one is the best by far i will never go anywhere else great customer service! Thank you for the excellent service guys!

My daughter needed a battery and Dom switched it out for her. It may not seem like much but since I have some physical limitations currently it was a great help. Second time Advanced Auto has come to my kids aid this week.

Polite service, had everything I was looking for. The one thing I couldnt find, I didnt even have to ask for them to look up and see if it was in another location, they just asked if they could look it up for me. Also. Big deal for a woman ... I wasnt made to feel "lesser than" for being a woman and needing help. I was treated just the same as my husband who was in the store with me, but entered earlier and in a different aisle (they didnt know we were together until we checked out). Will go back again regardless if the prices are higher than Auto Zone or O'Reilly's. Thanks Advanced!!

Love this place if I need something checked on car they do it,even put my wiper blades on!!! I can go to counter give them my list of supplies and they get them for me and bring them to counter and on top of that they carry my purchase to the car !!! Love this store!!!

Stranded in the winter, worst winter in years, my battery died and the dude just hooked me up. Amazing customer service!! I say a silent thank you every time I drive by. And I wink. Heroes!!!!

Came in town for the Holiday and needed a battery. Went to AAP on a Sunday morning and Donald was awesome! Put a new battery in an Ford Eccosport in 14 minutes!

Let you get test results on "check engine " light and other lights on dash with reader, so look can look up codes.

Went in for some electrical parts. Everyone was willing to help me find what I needed. Reasonable prices for the quality. Definitely better than AutoZone.
