Very helpful young lady Dezaray helped my wife and I find shoes for the whole family.She really took the time to welcome us and measure all 3 of my kids feet,most people don't have patience for crying babies nowadays but she actually got the kids to calm down and make them smile! My wife and I are very satisfied and will definitely get all of our shopping done here !!! Best location hands down!!!

Clean and organized store with a broad selection of shoes. Wish I could remember the employee's name from my last trip there. Receipt says associate 283986. Pretty sure that's not his name. He went the extra mile to get me the product I wanted so if 283986 helps you, know you're in good hands.

I write very few reviews but the customer service I received from Kyle at Famous Footwear today was exemplary. He was diligent in helping resolve a return situation I had (accidentally) created myself and he remained polite and curteous throughout. He should be a Customer Service Experience trainer for many businesses in the Folsom area.

It was hard to find some good work shoes. Went to famous footwear and got some Nikes that were on sale. And I'm very satisfied with them.

I got an email for saying I got a $15 cash coupon thing with no minimum. So I decided to get some sandals for $20. I went to pay with the coupon. The sandals were on sale & I walked out with a new pair of sandals for free.
