We love this place!! The team is always very friendly and they do such a great job with Doodle baths and cuts. Never any surprises and know how to groom a 70Ib labradoodle :) once you get an appointment book ahead 6 months out.

My dog Lola Maize loves going to Lola and Penelope’s!! We get all of her toys, puzzles, treats and collars here!!! Love all of their products and the staff is always friendly!!

We just love Lola & Penelope's! Both of their locations are wonderful and full of fun goodies and treats around every corner. Their team is friendly and helpful and just today, assisted me in finding the best toys and treats for a friend's new puppy that is already at pro at chewing! We love their selection of clothing and they even have a solution for these hot STL summer days by the pool. Pupsicles for the win!

I cannot say enough good things about the groomers at Lola and Penelope's in Town and Country. They are gentle and and careful with my sweet older dog and he always comes out looking great.

Lola and Penelope’s is just about the only pet store in the greater STL area that stocks non-HPP raw dog food. They have a nice selection of really good brands of raw food and slow cooked food too. The staff and store manager are always super helpful too! I always pick up toys and treats while I’m getting raw food too. I always have had a great experience shopping there! I also love that I am supporting a small woman owned business too! Highly recommend!

Lola and Penelope’s is a great place to take your furbabies for grooming. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they have a great selection of pet clothing, toys, other essentials, treats and food!

We have gone to Lola and Penelope’s for years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are great about helping me pick out coats, collars and leads for our dogs. And let’s not forget their groomers. We always go to Kristen and she does a fabulous job!

Jennifer is wonderful to our rescued Yorkie (who has issues!)—she has so much patience and understands that he can’t be confined too long without getting very stressed. She always grooms him perfectly for the seasons (puppy cut for the summer months) and that is a lot of work for her; however, she is a good listener and meets his needy personality. We’re so grateful to have her for our little guy! ❤

This is the ONLY place I will get my dogs groomed. The front desk staff is great and our groomer, Kimberly, is awesome! I have two long haired dogs who don't love being groomed but they love her and I always feel comfortable leaving them in her care. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend having your dogs groomed at Lola and Penelope's!

Marsha is amazing!!!!! Price for grooming is reasonable. My dog has really long hair and he always looks great when I pick him up and you get a report card telling you everything that was done. Wouldn’t even consider taking him elsewhere!! I love the store in Clayton, could play in there for days, they have the cutest stuff.

Abby took great care of my nervous golden retriever during his groom. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my Cavapoo to Lola and Penelopes fir grooming services every 4 weeks for the last five years. The customer service is great.. everyone we encounter from the owner, receptionist and groomer have been very friendly, helpful and attentive. Sara, our groomer, is kind and patient with our dog and always does a great job! The shop also sells everything you could need or want for your pet. I highly recommend L&P

My dogs and I love Lola & Penelope’s! They have a wide selection of healthy pet food, supplements, treats, and treats, as well as lots of fun toys and educational tools for pets. The toys and boutique items rotate and new merch becomes available regularly.
The grooming is also 5 star! Let me just say that they’re such great folks here that my dogs kiss the staff goodbye after bath and cleanup appointments. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and have never been disappointed! They’re very well trained in AKC standard cuts for all breeds and will even make special accommodations upon request. Full service salon from head to tail:trims and baths to nails and tooth brushing and ears, and more!

Kristen has been making our Westie Daisy beautiful for 15 years! We appreciate her kindness and her grooming skills. The staff is always very pleasant and willing to help. We cannot say enough about how much we love coming to Lola’s

I love this pet boutique!!! There are not many in St Louis area, but I think this is the best one. I needed to get dental supplies for my puppy and the associate was extremely informative of all the products, which there was a lot to choose from. I highly recommend Lola & Penelope’s!!!

Have been taking my dog here for a monthly grooming since he was a puppy. He is now 2.5 years old and loves going to see his groomer, Diane. She has always listened to our requests does a great job!

Been bringing my Goldendoodle here for years for grooming. We love Marie. My boy’s hair is super curly and she does such a cute teddy bear cut on him. I also love their selection of dog snacks & cute dog wear/accessories.

I just love this place. They have great promotions, cool toys and food and they groomed one of our shelter pups for free. They are the best ! I mostly go to Clayton but the folks at Town and Country are nice too
