Bought a new Speed Queen.
Guys are super knowledgeable and friendly.
Answered all my questions.
Was explained that the "larger" capacity (4. something, compared to 3. something) washers hold the same amount of water, hence the same size since the "larger" ones don't fill all the way, which I'd wondered.
I hope that makes sense and is helpful to someone.

The wash cycle is so much quicker than my 7 year old GE that stopped working.
Also, there is a noticeable difference in the spin cycle.
Definitely takes out more water than the old. Quiet as well.
Easy to use.
I'm pretty sure this is the last washer I'll need to buy in my life.
I also got two bonus wooden tray puller outers. For toaster oven and regular oven.
I'm so happy.
Any and all appliances will come from Vinton!

Yes, I went to the big box stores with the misperception that I'd get a better value shopping there. Not the case. A neighbor suggested Vinton Appliance Center and I'm glad they did. I got better service and they had what I was looking for. The cost of the item was the same as (big box) and VAC had a qualified installer that actually delivered the product as well. I recommend Vinton Appliance Center and highly urge you to skip shopping at the big box stores that seem to have hundreds of people wearing aprons - but nobody that can help you with what you're looking for.

It's been about a month and a half since we purchased a Speed Queen 5000WN from Vinton Appliance and we couldn't be happier. I'll admit this was my second washer purchase in my life and the nicest washer of the two - with this one costing about double what the first one went for. I knew I wanted a better model going forward and since I've now had time to wash every item in the house that needs washing I can say without a doubt this is the perfect washer for us.

This thing is super quiet compared to the cheapo one we had before. I had no idea that clothes should be spun like this thing spins, so drying doesn't take near as long as it did before. Even with the speed it does not damage the clothes. Dog beds? No problem. Pillows, delicate blankets, dirty yard work clothes, towels and bath mats- no problem. Laundry comes out fresh and clean everytime.

The knobs are metal and solid. Everything on here feels sturdy. And being able to open the lid and toss in that one item I forgot without killing the cycle is a huge plus. The guy who helped us made it simple and easy to pick and gave us space when we asked for a minute to talk it over while we were in there. Delivery and set up of the unit went off without a hitch - those dudes must be strong because this unit is a beast.

When the cheapo dryer dies I know for certain we will head straight back here.

Excellent experience! Everyone was great to deal with. Worked with Vic. He took the time to explain all the options and was very patient. Will definitely go back when I am in need of new appliances.

I only called looking for a dryer belt. The man that answered was so helpful. They don't carry belts but gave me the number to a place that does. After explaining why I thought I needed a belt told me that I needed a roller kit instead. If I had called anywhere else I would have gotten a short answer and not any other help. If this doesn't work I will definitely go there to buy a new dryer. Thank you!

Vic, Paul and the team here offer customer service the way it used to be! We were impressed again and again at their patience, knowledge and commitment to the highest level of customer experience even during the pandemic. They had all kinds of difficult challenges from manufacturers with repeated delays and out of stock items but were cheerful and maintained communication wherever necessary. They demonstrated products, shared ways to make the most affordable choice for our needs, and made us feel valued whether we bought from them or not. We asked many questions and they were so kind and always emailed promptly regarding parts, accessories or options. We love our new GE Cafe range and I’ll post a photo when it’s installed. Cannot recommend them highly enough! The experience and quality compared to big box or chain stores is night and day. They are much more helpful and able to obtain product lines you cannot find anywhere else in the region. The delivery process was absolutely perfect as expected!

Great customer service. We walked in pretty close to closing and the staff took as much time with us as we needed. Our old washer was 15 years old and we were able to get a Speed Queen that was compatible or better.

When an old dishwasher has a big leak, one does not want to wait. I researched online and picked out my replacement -- which was a Bosch 500 Series -- and was able to buy one that was in stock at Vinton Appliance. I called the store before I went to see the unit. The salesman was very pleasant over the phone and in the store. He answered all my questions -- how the unit connected (plug or hardwired?) and warranty particulars. He demonstrated how the racks adjusted and where the trap was. This unit is extremely quiet! It does a great job of washing! I am pleased with my choice. Quality of product is tops. I appreciate the light on the floor to indicate the cycle is finished. The store was able to deliver the unit the next day, too.

This store is awesome!! Always clean and always excellent customer service!! Will make you feel like part of the family and they will go above and beyond to take care of their customer's!! Highly recommend Vinton Appliance when in need of buying your appliances.

I had been dealing with a Maytag for a few years. I didn't really care for the sensors. Once, I starting having issues with the machine, I didn't want a spend money having it fixed. I had a couple of people to inform me that SPEED QUEEN is the best. I had also was told Vinton Appliances was the best to purchase the machine. I headed to Vinton and bought a SPEED QUEEN. I'm excited that I made a wise decision. Excellent machine !!!!

Vinton Appliance Center is great. Old washer died and needed a replacement. Went to see them and we selected a SpeedQueen. Like so many other things in 2021, wasn’t surprised they were out of stock, and put us on the list to receive one. After several weeks, and weekly status updates from Paul,we got it delivered last week! Great service team of Tony and Steve, taking out the old and setting up the new! Have been long time customers and will continue in the future!

Great shop with a wonderful staff and great value for the price appliances. We were shopping appliances for a new home and found they had the best customer service, selection and price. Alan was a pleasure to work with answering our numerous questions and giving us options rather than steering us to the most expensive or highest profit margin appliance. Both he and the owner listened to our ideas and built on that input but decision was always ours. Prices were excellent compared to what we found elsewhere and service was superior. Would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

It was time to replace a washer and after weeks of research to determine the product for my needs, I was able to find exactly what I wanted locally. This shop is conveniently located, the products were in stock and Vinton Appliance is VERY competitively priced. In addition, local delivery and hookup was included at no extra charge. This was all completed within days. It was so easy! I really appreciate the service and the people who helped me.

Don't know why I even bother checking at Lowe's and Home Depot! Prices are within a few bucks on everything I checked and Alan acts like he appreciates my business! Lowe's was a 2 week wait and Home Depot didn't even wait on me while I stood in the appliance department, but the price online was the same. Vinton Appliance is the place to go if you want a great selection of appliances, but more importantly it is the place to go if you want to be treated like every dollar you spend is important!

Friendly personal service. Went out of their way to help me. Has a great reputation and has been in business for many years. Prices were reasonable and competitive with the big box stores for the refrigerator and microwave I purchased. Delivery and setup also went smoothly.

Recently we purchased a new refrigerator from Vinton Appliance Center. We were very satisfied with the quick ordering, and the excellent service we received to get it delivered and installed and at a very reasonable price. One of the best pluses is that they deliver with their own people, who take an interest when handling and installing. I recommend Vinton Appliance Center and will return when we need other Appliances.

I have bought all of my appliances from VAC. I have found then to be the best at what they do, and I highly recommend them.

Paul St. Clair has saved us thousands of dollars in the last year alone. When something goes wrong, he'll tell you honestly what the smartest and most affordable fix is, even if it means sending you somewhere else. I know I can trust Paul & whoever he recommends 100%. That kind of integrity is extremely rare these days. That's why Vinton Appliance will be our first, & whenever possible, our last stop when we need an appliance.
