Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they make you feel so welcome. I work nights, so I usually see Karen who works evenings. She talks to us and actually helps us pick out vapes that we end up liking! They rarely run out of things, and when they do they restock them quickly. The drive-thru is a wonderful plus when I’m running late or just don’t feel like getting out of my car.

I absolutely love shopping with this store. When I pull up to the window, Karen knows what I want. She is so knowledgeable to the patrons. She is awesome!

Hands down best smoke shop on the coast! They have the best selection of everything smoke shop related. The shop is very clean and organized. Prices are best around and they are always running good specials and discounts. The staff and owners are awesome! Love K.D! She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The first time I came in the store and was chatting with K.D., it felt like was conversating with an old friend......AND......EVERY time I have come in since, she calls me by my name ! BONUS POINTS for the drive through window too !HIGHLY recommended!

I have yet to have even a sub-par experience here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient (I’m a man who can’t make up his mind, especially with as much variety as LBT has in their stock). To walk into this store and not be greeted with a friendly smile is very rare and honestly a much needed nicety these days.
