Purepower Cycle Midtown

This is my favorite studio to workout! The staff is so nice, the place is clean, and the vibes are the best. Classes are mostly in Spanish since there's a lot of Latin people in Miami, but whenever there's English speaking people, the trainers adjust and do the class in both languages. I've done both cycling and X-Strong classes which are like circuit training. They're great! The instructors really pay attention to what you're doing and explain if you're doing the exercise in the wrong way or if you have bad posture. Chris and Valentina are my favs. Overall, it's a great studio if you're looking for a good sweat + friendly people.

It's not just a place to burn calories; it's a haven of positivity and motivation. Plus, the instructors are simply amazing, always encouraging and pushing you to do your best. It's definitely my go-to spot for fitness and fun!

The instructor was very knowledgeable on how to grow your glutes and breathwork. Short intervals focused on form. The staff is friendly and supportive and the facility is clean and has great equipment.

Best cycling place in midtown!! The vibes are greattttt! All instructors are amazing. I usually go to spinning and full body workout on the second floor. 10/10 recommended!

I went for the lower body/legs workout. Cristhian was amazing! Super attentive and helpful with the workouts. Also very knowledgeable and on top of everything. Atmosphere is also great. It was my first class and I felt super comfortable. Couldn’t even walk down the stairs when I was done! Legs were feeling it.

I did their Glutabs class with Valentina. I really loved it and for sure will be back. It was challenging and I broke a sweat but I didn't kill myself either. I'm considering going back for a cycling class later today!

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, easy online signup. Valentina was amazing! Equal parts instructor/DJ/light technician. The workout was tough but very fun. Will return when we're back in midtown the next time.

Excellent and very professional, I love how they keep people motivated. All instructors are very profesional I would say, I love the place is very clean. I will say the from desk guy is very helpful sweet and welcoming. I will truly recommend Pure Power for spinning clases and for the full body work outs.

Good good vibes here. From the receptionist to the instructor. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I wish I recognized the music more… maybe more old school reggaeton? Nonetheless, I had a great time and workout. Loved it. Thank you all!
