I love it here! My new favorite instructor is Dahlia!! Her energy , playlists and motivation is absolute fire! Leave so inspired! Hands down the best instructor and spin class I have ever taken before!!

Fantastic energy at this studio! The instructor’s enthusiasm was contagious and made the class sooooo fun. I went with two friends who had never tried spinning before & they said it was the most incredible workout they’d ever done! Moreover the Studio was clean and the bikes were in excellent condition. If I ever move to Miami I’ll definitely get a membership!

RedBike Midtown is my “go-to” studio! I call it an “all inclusive” workout! Meaning...the staff is always friendly and accommodating, the instructors are challenging, fun, helpful, the studio is clean and updated (the bikes are the best out there), location is amazing, and the music is always on point! The owner Albert offers specials and cool events to keep me (and clients) enjoying working out and being a healthier person! Reed, Dani, Mel and Rach are amazing instructors and I never dread getting my sweat on with them! Love this place and the workout!

This is my favorite studio to spin of all the RedBike locations. Parking is super accessible. It’s close to my house and The morning staff are super helpful and engaging. Albert the owner is by far the best person and main reason why I keep going to RedBike. He is super attentive and helpful and accessible. He treats you like a friend no matter the years or experience of person. I can’t stop going to this location. His vision and plan to bring RedBike the best spin class in Miami is amazing. Five stars and would recommend RedBike to all my friends.

I LOVE spinning at redbike!! The classes are fun, upbeat, great music, good lighting, etc - it’s like you’re dancing in a club, but on a bike! Definitely the best way to decompress after work on a weeknight or to get ready for the weekend on a Saturday morning. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the instructors strike the perfect balance between motivating you to push yourself while also encouraging you to do what you’re comfortable with. Shoutout to my girl Dani who is a fantastic instructor and makes every class a PARTY with your workout!!!

It depends on the instructor, which is why Dani and Mel are my girls ❤ super energetic instructors that give their all and make it super fun so you dont even notice that you're dripping with sweat. The music is loud and their music choices are always on point! It makes the class almost like going to the club except that you're chugging water rather than tequila 😂😂 I try to bring my friends all the time

Had to try different places for a while since I moved but honestly it’s worth the drive! The best instructors, music and energy! Both locations are great and they always have amazing customer service.

This is the place to spin!! It’s my Saturday and Sunday release, from the music to the instructors it is a 10++ so much great energy. Full workout. I drive all the way from Pines to get here.
