Amazing Customer Service! Debbie, Aleana (I believe), and a gentlemen demonstrated a high quality of customer of service during our entire visit. My mother and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store, asked if it was our first time and why we were shopping, and explained about the location of the lighting options throughout the store.

As we perused, Debbie and the gentlemen ensured the lights were on for display. In addition, Debbie and Aleana gave us a detailed explanation of how to establish an account on their website and build a wish list. This was a stark contract to our experience at other lighting stores in the area. Thank you for your professionalism, expertise, and superb customer service!

Great place to take a lamp for repair. Service is good. They fixed my lamp very quickly. I loved looking at all the unique lamps they have made from bottles to old & unique objects. I will definitely be back & I live an hour away!

I rarely give a five-star rating as I figure even the best of breed have some wiggle room left for incremental improvement. The only improvement I would ask of Bridge Street Electric would be for a better parking situation, but I feel that they are a victim of their location in regards to parking. This is the end-all and be-all of lamp parts and supplies. I am like a kid in a candy store every time that I visit there. You want some other than a discount store lamp shade? They have a whole room dedicated to them. They service all types of lamps and sell lamps as well, but they shine, and do they shine when it comes to lamp parts. One of my most difficult lamp rebuilding projects included replacing the lamp pipe, There was no other place that I would consider looking for 1/8 IPS lamp pipe. I've stocked up on several lamp sockets with knobs, they operate like butter and are a distinct improvement over most stock sockets. I could go on and on. Don't waste you time at the bargain box stores scraping up lamp parts. Go instead to Bridge Street Electric. You'll thank me later.

These people know their stuff! An amazing selection of lights. You will most certainly find more than you were looking for. They also do repairs (sometimes while you wait). Collection of antique/refurbished lights is fantastic! Be sure to check them out - you won't be disappointed!

I just interacted over the phone with Jim who helped me with a ceiling fan remote issue. While I could have been described as obtuse, Jim was nothing but calm, kind, helpful and solved my issue. I generally try to shop local and this is why. You will never get this type of service from a big box store. Thanks!

I came in for a base piece for a lighting fixture I had at home & the man who helped me was super friendly and assisted with all the parts I needed. They have a lot of unique fixtures to choose from too, I will definitely be back.

I had some issues with a ceiling fan in which the light stopped working one day. After taking it apart I didn't quite understand what the problem was. I called them to ask for advice and replacement parts. They were helpful over the phone and even more so when I came in. Their advice was solid and they were friendly.

I wouldn't hesitate to ask for advice or buy parts from here again.

Comprehensive mix of new and antique lighting fixtures. I have bought wall sconces, chandeliers, lamp shades at Bridge St. Electric, and they are my go-to store for antique lamp restoration. Excellent destination for all your lighting needs.

Extremely helpful. Brought in an antique light to be repaired and they said no problem rewiring it ,adding a base, refinishing and replacing the switches. Can't wait to pick it up.
