The Wendy’s on 7513 Greenbelt Rd Greenbelt, MD - critically needs the help and guidance of THIS Wendy’s. The food here is ALWAYS fresh, never stale, and always gets my order right. I have to drive almost an extra 10 minutes just to come to this Wendy’s even though the other is much closer. *Management: Please provide the help you can to the 7513 Greenbelt Rd Wendy’s - or have them closed because their food is consistent with old, rubbery and stale food.

Construction in front of the drive area, but still able to get in. Not many people ahead of me and I still got fresh food. Cold drink was cold and hot food was hot.

The staff are super friendly at this location. We've always had a great experience.

I came in today with multiple orders. I can understand how it can be annoying especially during the lunch rush. I received excellent service from the staff and especially Edwin. He was courteous patient and kind. Some of the best customer service that I've gotten anywhere. If you stop by and Edwin is working I guarantee the service will be great.

Excellent service, clean place and great cooking.

It never ceases to amaze how one employee can change the whole atmosphere of a place, just by being 'pleasant' and at least 'willing' to be so!
But it's important to KEEP-N-MIND, WE, the Customer can Help with 'That', by being so Ourselves. You know, Kinda spread God's Goodness around a bit.
i'm not suggesting it works all the time, people ARE people. But @ THIS "WENDY'S", i've had the Most, Success! "WE" treat each other politely, respectfully, and between You & i, for some unbeknownst(?) reason, even my Burgers Taste BETTER!

Love the open space, fast and clean

My experience at this Wendy’s is always so wonderful. The people at the window are always so incredibly friendly, and my food always comes out perfect:) I’m picky so I ask for plan sandwiches, and I really appreciate them taking the time to make my order right. Thanks for a great snack as always, you guys rock

Food is fast and delicious. One of the employees does a great job of checking in on guest who are dining in. He makes sure their food is good and their area is clean. I asked for fresh fries and he went out of his way to bring me back just that. I will be back and I would recommend.

I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Sandwich meal (drink, sandwich, and fries), it was SO good. I prefer this option over the Baconator, it's the sauce that makes the difference.

Staff is a little slow on Friday evenings but the food is always good and everyone at the window is usually really nice. Never had a problem that they didn't have a problem to correct. Always clean and accommodating and help with school fundraising

We went through the drive thru and there was only one car in front of us. We were greeted warmly. Our orders were placed and confirmed. The drinks were ready when we got to the window. Once I paid the food and my change was delivered. The whole process was less than 4 minutes. Now that is a drive thru!

Breakfast was hot fries were good, didn’t really care for the Swiss cheese on the sandwich

Great fast food place with limitations. They should have more vegetarian options but Kayori the host was great . She and her colleagues helped me who is a vegetarian with Garden salad and Vanilla milk shake 😋. Wish straw was more wider like in Burger King or McDonald's.

Hot, fresh and delicious. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Greatly appreciate this at this day in age.

The crew there was so polite there was a gentleman there at the counter was a young black man with dreads I'm so detailed only because I want him to know that I am acknowledging him but he was wonderful he attended to the lobby made sure everyone was satisfied the bathrooms are clean and the food was hot I will be visiting this location again

I don't buy the meat but the drink was good and the girl who served me was kind, upbeat, and smiling! A rare combination in customer service today!

Love Wendy's they provide comfort food that is affordable and while may not be completely 100%healthy it's sure as heck a lot better then other m, bk, etc... fast food chains 😉 I got great customer service the last time I went and my order was correct, and came out pretty fast. 😊

Always gets my order correct and doesn't skimp on the food. Best Wendy's in the area.
