I’m picking up 2 pallets & it’s almost been 2 hours for them to start loading me. The loading process is slow, they have 2 buildings so make sure you’re going to the right one.

Worst company to deliver a load .They have 3 buildings and no one has communication where to unload waited for 4 hours and moved to 3 different locations .rude stafff ..will never pick a load for them again ..should have given 0 if there is any option

I ordered their brown rice syrup a few weeks ago. They claim it's gluten free, but I had a severe immune reaction the same as when I get contaminated by gluten contain grains. It's possible their Koji is grown on wheat. They never responded to my email asking about it. Don't purchase if you have a wheat or gluten allergy!
