Cute cozy bookstore with a curated selection of used books & new. I found a vintage Agatha Christie from my wishlist plus a bunch of new hardcovers based on the owner’s recommendations. They can also order you anything not already in stock!

Cutest bookshop with the warmest, most lovely proprietor and a great selection. Angie gave me recommendations based on my taste and exposed me to authors that became new favorites! There's a cozy kids book corner too for the little ones. A must-visit if you're in the Beacon/Newburgh area

Golden Hour Books is an amazing addition to Newburgh and Broadway. Super cozy space with a nice balance of new and used books, a robust kid’s section, and community-centric programming like storytime and a book club.

Angie, the owner, is a gem and is happy to order anything for you. I love the option to order online and pick up in store or have it shipped, allowing me to support a local bookstore no matter what I’m looking for!

Angie’s taste in books is second only to her warmth and kindness, and you will find an incredible and diverse selection among the shelves of her cozy store—she’s got something for every reader. Can’t wait to come back.

I love this shop. Beautiful space with a well-curated selection of new and used books, including a great kid’s section. Definitely worth a stop. Very easy street parking, too.
