Most of the time Fifth Third has been in a good bank for me, a lawncare-landscape who's crazy-busy now. It's where my inheritance also Sat for months... in a simple low or no interest account. TODAY I rushed to cover an overdraft and called to have the door remain open for minute beyond noon closing on Sat. I really needed to minimize the overdraft fees, so...
No luck I gaining an extra minute to have the door open. Very frustrated.

Every time i call its like they hate me. I always feel like such a burden and if I could do it myself I would but I have to call them...

We banked here for over 15 years, with mortgage and long term saving accounts with then. I went into the branch cause my son would like to open his first bank account. There were only 1 banker and someone else already waiting, so we were asked to come back later or go to a different branch. After half an hour, we came back and no other customer were there, they told us they can't help us to open an account today. There is another hour before they close!! We were asked to make an appointment on Monday--- a school day and I work in a different city. My 7 year old son was really disappointed. He asked me why they can't help us. Do they not know what they are doing? I guess not. So, we will be banking elsewhere.

Very disrespectful Bank tellers at front desk of Brandon and Kelly discourtesy behavior to customers for misunderstanding of questions about social security numbers for your pin while asked for your parents. New Bank for best customer service.

I stopped there today to reopen an account that they apparently closed and Sally immediately judged me as something not having money. She immediately played me off is not worth her time, and actually said to me that it probably isn't worth it to open an account for me. I'm glad me and my wife do not bank their regularly anymore. Because of this. I will keep my loan for my brand new trucks at Michigan State University Credit Union because they actually care about you and do not judge you as soon as you walk in the door.

Actually went to LMCU and set up an account with no hassle, took 15 minutes and had new debt cards when I left the building.

It's because you guys keep my money from me for longer than you're supposed to my checks are 5th 3rd checks so they're supposed to be available the day I cash them. Your customer service is horrible too every time I have a issue it takes forever to get it figured out nobody knows what they're doing. BTW your a muti BILLION dollar company. You should make Everyone's funds available same day. There's no reason you can't.

Do not bank with fifth third if you write a check out to someone and they try to cash it at your bank fifth third will charge that person money to cash their check. This is very poor practice. Find a bank that's for the people. Not charging people that just want to cash a check that is drawn out of fifth third.

Extremely rude. Non compassionate. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. They don't honor their own checks. Charged me $20.00 to cash a check drawn from their bank. I did notice that the teller had to cash my 2000.00 check then break the hundred that it gave her. Even more reason to belive they lied and scammed the $20.00 supposed fee. Chemical Bank, Chase Bank, Huntington Bank. None of these banks charge you to cash a check from one of their customers. F off fifth third. #Why you call yourself 5/3. Why not 1&2/3? .

Worst bank ever! Accused me of fraud because I wrote a check out for my father. Won't let me access my money. Disgraceful.

HORRIBLE BANK!! NEVER do business with them! They won't even cash their own checks!!!

Jena is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Would not recommend this branch at all.
