Sorry for making a payment early and you having such a hard time properly applying the payment. Since your system showed the payment was available to be paid, I assumed it was okay to pay it. While I get the safety and security questions that I can answer, some of your Mortgage department customer service workers leave a LOT to be desired!!!!!

I snowplowed at this bank one season and these clowns asked me to come and sweep the rock salt off of their walks! I checked my contract to make sure I was well within my rights and that it was as ridiculous as it sounds! Istill did it for them, but will be reimbursed for the trip.

If you manage a bank and you have the time in a business day to request that, I think you're focused on the wrong things?! Maybe improving this horrible rating would be time better spent.

Rockford branch is lousy,ATTENTION AMERICANS if you try to cash a check there just KNOW they will not accept your social security card,birth certificate,or voters registration as a second form of i.d.(first being state issued drivers license)!they will how ever take a gun permit,(on your license??!!),your AARP card,major credit card or video card or car registration!!! Absolutely blew my mind,NEVER have I had such trouble cashing such a small check!and definitely not because of the funds not being there,will not bank there in the future

Worst service ever. Ended up closing my accounts there. Only took 40 minutes to close. Quick to take your money they sure don’t like giving it back.

Very poor banking service we have been there less than 3 weeks the bank made an error and we are still waiting to get our money bank. Poor system management between departments.
