Dede is AMAZINGGGGG. She’s so sweet and makes your vision come to life! She made sure I had the best for my bridal shower! The custom made balloon dress was incredible. People couldn’t stop talking about it ! Shes amazing to work with and has a talent like no other! I would hire her for every event! She’s down to earth and is so accommodating. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows!

I can not say enough about Dede! Not only is she the sweetest human but she is so easy to work with and SO TALENTED! I asked for a balloon arch with florals for my baby shower and sent her my baby shower invitation so she could see the color scheme. She matched it PERFECTLY! Not only did she provide my shower with the most beautiful balloon arch, but she also helped decorate the mantle we would be taking pictures at and also decorated my easel! She is truly amazing and does absolutely stunning work! The amount of compliments I received that day and still am receiving is crazy and I have Dede to thank for that! She made my baby shower everything I imagined, it was beautiful!! I will definitely be reaching out to Dede again and I suggest you do the same!!!

Dede is a Dynamo!! She is a master of her craft and really knows how to bring the wow factor to an event. I was searching everywhere for a balloon artist and am so thrilled that I found Balloonacy! I was planning a bridal shower for my first and only daughter so I wanted to make sure that everything was extra special. Dede’s eye for design truly brought the whole shower together. I am especially in love with Bella the Bride—such a spectacular piece. Dede was fantastic to work with and would highly recommend!

Words simply cannot express just how absolutely amazing Dede is to work with!! Her customer service is simply out of this world, and it's evident in her genuine desire to work with you to ensure the product she delivers is everything you hoped and dreamed for! Not once did she ever make me feel like a burden when I would text her a million questions, or when I would ask her to send me pics of various color palettes until we agreed on the perfect one. She even went above and beyond to reach out to another vendor for me about renting a giant stuffed animal to go with my shower theme, and when the vendor said they would be away on vacation the day of my shower she even personally went and picked it up so she could ensure I would have it for my big day! I'm not sure there are many other vendors out there who would go above and beyond for their customers in this way, but I can say with the utmost certainty that Dede is not your average vendor! Customer service aside, she also has a distinct ability to take your inspiration picture and turn it into something even more magical than you could have ever imagined. I can't even explain how blown away (literally and figuratively) I was by what she was able to create for me for my baby shower backdrop. Every single one of my guests was in awe of her work, and are still talking about how beautiful it all was even a week later! I am truly grateful to Dede for everything she did to make my baby shower backdrop dreams come true! If I could give her an infinite star review I would! I can't recommend her enough, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!
