I recently visited Mavis for a routine oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the lady at the front. Despite it being a simple task, she went above and beyond to ensure a friendly and quick experience. Her warm demeanor and efficient work ethic made the visit a breeze. I highly recommend Mavis, especially if she is on duty, for any automotive needs.

Jessica is the best. Service was excellent and always nice to have someone compassionate and concerned about your safety and well being!! This Mavis is the best, I would recommend them to everyone.

Although I ended up getting my car fixed elsewhere due to insurance coverage restrictions, I was initially towed to Mavis after a pretty upsetting incident. The three assistant managers treated me so kindly and were very reassuring about my vehicle. They sensed my upset and did everything to make me feel comfortable while we waited to see what insurance would do. I even got a ride home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I will do all future tire work with Mavis, you've earned a loyal customer.

Had a great experience. Had a tire blowout and mavis was able to take care of me right away. Alan the service manager was exceptional. I needed a new set of tires before the blowout and got brakes and rotors done the same day at a great price. Alan was able to get me discounts and offers available. Did research for me as well regarding the tires for comparison. Any service needs just ask for Alan. Thanks guys for taking care of my F150!

Great place to go for service. Jessica was very knowledgeable with the multiple options of tires. She kept me up to date while they were working on my car. The crew there is very friendly and HONEST with what is going on with your car. If you need a reliable place to service your car. . . This is the spot, Jessica will take care of you. 👍

Great Service! Called with an issue about my car they told me to come in that same day! Brought my car and they checked it out and were very good at explaining the possible problems with the vehicle. Would recommend to anybody in the Lehigh Valley area!

Jessica and Alan are amazing! They have excellent knowledge of vehicles. Jess knows her stuff when assisting any and all services. I am always given excellent customer service. Every person at the counter is personable and friendly. The skillset and knowledge of all employees here is pretty spot on. Trust this Mavis!

Donald was so helpful in an emergency flat tire situation. He was able to get my car in and out very quickly. He was friendly, professional, and his team efficient.

Excellent, service was slower due to the high volume of return customers they seemed to have. (That’s always a good sign). Good people, always looking to help out how they can. You can see they care about what’s going on. They know what they’re talking about. Front counter, Lyn was especially helpful. I will be coming back to this Location in the future.

Had a flat tire and Mavis fit me in to their packed schedule today! They called to update me twice and it was ready for me to pick up later that day. Couldn’t be happier with the service here!

They did an amazing job with my car!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!! I had most of my parts with me and they were able to put them on for me!

This place went out of their way to help me with a tire problem with a hand truck. Every place I called seemed to not want to be bothered. When I called Jessica was extremely helpful and suggested I bring it in which I did and she fixed the issue AT NO CHARGE and told me what to do if it should happen again. I also want to point out that Alan at the front desk really made my day! When I need tires for my car this is where I will be purchasing. Thanks so much Jessical and Alan!

Last time I came here they replaced all four of my tires. They were friendly and helpful over the phone. When it was all done and time to pay Jessica checked us out and she couldn’t have been nicer. Auto shops are hit and miss, but this one is an honest one.

I was really overwhelmed with a tire issue but the workers did a FABULOUS job with getting me in and out, while being extremely supportive, relatable, and reassuring. I’m now going to come here any time I have a car issue because I had the best experience. Thank you guys so much!

I had scheduled an appointment with Mavis for an Inspection and when I arrived Jessica told me that she did not see me scheduled for the appointment: I was thrilled that she was kind enough to still take my car for inspection, she was quick to accommodate my needs and with a extremely friendly personality!!! I did realize later that the appointment was scheduled incorrectly by me for a different location and I explained that to Jessica when picking up my car but she was still so kind and friendly about my mistake. I wish there were many more managers like Jessica that really cared about customer service because she is awesome at her job!!

Very friendly place the staff was welcoming up front, Jessica always is polite took me right away and was out quick too. Definitely would recommend. Prices are reasonable also, definitely coming back.
