Golden Chick

Fairly new restaurant with plenty of parking. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Typical fast food restaurant in that the service is not stellar. Chicken is very tasty. I really like their fries. Recommend for a chicken finger fix..

Customer service was excellent. Haley was the employee that took my order and she was very courteous and pleasant. It is so nice to witness great customer service at a time that we have come to expect subpar service. Haley deserves recognition for truly displaying such professionalism with a great attitude.

Rating on a fast food scale, not fine dining. Place was super clean, the person working the counter was very friendly, food came out quickly and tasted great. It was my first time at Golden Chick and I can say I will be back again.

I loved the service through the drive through we where waiting in the rain but the service and food was worth all the wait I definitely will be coming back Kynza deserves a raise for her Customer service she was great and lovely 🤍🤍🤍👏🏻

Drive thru. Had to wait a little but for good reason. Food was hot and delicious. Angelic in drive thru was extremely courteous.

I’ve ordered from here twice: the first time via a mobile order and the second time was a dine-in.

The fries taste like KFC’s secret recipe fries, and the chicken is like Church’s but had more flavor. The buns are also sweet and tasty. The fried okra and mashed potato were mid (nothing too special about these). I also tried the chicken sandwich and while the buns were sweet and the chicken was tender, it seemed to lack flavor.

Overall, the food here is good (think of it as an upgraded Church’s Chicken), and the prices are reasonable. I would order from here again.

Food was ok for fast food. Chicken tenders were not hot. Corn nuggets were good. Bread was really good. Poppers were ok. Good spice and cheddar but breading is a little funky. Catfish was pretty good, but I wouldn't get the shrimp again. Dirty rice was more like a stuffing texture rather than rice, has a kick to it.

The usual golden chick food, but I did not like the smaller boxes. Getting your roll in a bag and smashed up kind of ruins it.

Our mashed potatoes had the consistency of soup, very watery, and was rancid. With having to wait 15mins for tenders, they were barely warm. We didn't get our sauces with our order either. The rolls, fries, Mac were pretty good though
