Franklin Street minimart tobacco and Vape

Cashier guy was nice and talkative. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. They have a decent selection of snacks, drinks, vapes and such. I liked the joint.

I love the shop and they're very helpful. But they're never there on time so I couldn't give them five stars. I've gone there at 9:00 and 9:30 before and their hours say they open at 8:00 yet nobody is there. I suggest calling before going if you're going in the morning to make sure somebody is there instead of wasting a trip like I have done in the past.
