Amazing experience from start to finish. I made the 5 star review when I first purchased a pair about 2 years ago. I recently needed a new pair with safety toe for a new job. I bought the king toe and it turned out that the sole wasn't the best anti-slip sole for my job (swiss machinist.. I'm walking on oil all day). After two days of use I went back and told them the issue. They let me exchange for a better slip resistant boot with no questions asked and no issues at all.

Peter and Nick are fantastic guys and went above and beyond anything I would have expected.

My hubby loves his work shoes he got from here !!!! Very well made, great customer service. Yes he paid about $300 but it’s so worth it.. last week the stitches started coming out (he wears them every day for about 1 yr he’s an HVAC technician) so he beats them up !!! So , he dropped them off , they fixed and cleaned them , he picked them up the next day and he was so happy!!! Like new again !!! Highly recommend!!

Went in looking for a Heritage boot and after a few tries, the Heritage just didn't work for me. Lenny showed me a few more boots and tried a few on and found the magic pair...I don't want to take them off, they are so comfortable, and waterproof!!

The Employees Kris and Jarred were very professional and really knew their product. I walked in there describing my work environment and they showed me my options. My work environment really constricts my options for shoes, but they told me the ups and downs of each ones and explained how the warranty worked. They even helped pick out a good orthotics for me by explaining how my feet are structured and how the product will make the difference, and let me tell you, it works very well! they sized me up for the perfect pair of shoes and told me all about their services. This company hired gold with these employees.
Now the prices are high, but it is worth it with the warranty, quality, service, and pleasant people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly employees. These people actually want to help you and make you happy. Went in there with my old redwings and they cleaned them up made them look like new and relaced them for free. Been buying redwings all my life and wont ever change.

Awesome shoes/boots. This is my 2nd pair. These are tough rugged work boots for the working man. The service there is top notch, the sales associate listened to what i was looking for in a boot, pointed me in the right direction. Didnt try and up sell me the boot that was well out of my budget( even tho they were nice- Dont think santa is getting them 4 me) so i splurged and got the one i was looking at. When they measure your feet and suggest their orthotic insoles. Listen to them... I came back 3 weeks later after trying out some Dr soles and im walking on clouds.
Being on my feet on a hard cement floor for 9 hours & walking6-9 miles a day takes a toll

If your looking for safety footwear with a comfortable fit, this is the best place to start your search. I already seen the pair I wanted online but Lenny walked me through the new features they had and made a few recommendations. Glad to find a knowledgeable representative that's not trying to "up sell" you stuff you won't need. He gave me a few genuine tips on leather care / how to store your boots when they're wet and went over the warranty. We tested my foot pressure and measured my boot size to find the right fit. I decided to add on the "Copperguard Orthotics", "Natureseal Paste", a Dauber Brush, and some Merino Wool Socks so I can get the full feel of my new Redwings.

Always my go to place for new laces. I’m a redwing owner and free laces for life is just one of the cool things redwing does for its customers. All the guys are awesome. Try this store out….🥾🥾
