When I tell you that Urban Cowboy is the best I truly truly mean it. I got married on 10.27.23 and throughout the entire process Chris and his team were professional, supportive and just genuinely wonderful.

We had over 150 people who are foodies in their own right who left full and happy, raving about the selections.

During the wedding Chris made sure my husband and I were fed, enjoyed our signature drinks and had leftovers to take home. He just cared so well for us and our guests in a way that felt like family.

Chris and team catered our cocktail hour, grazing board, dinner and late night snack of custom tacos and hot sauce just for me and we were CLEANED OUT.

Urban Cowboy catered our wedding and they did an amazing job. The food was excellent and presented beautifully. We also used their bartending services and we received so many compliments on how amazing the bar tenders were. We also received so many compliments on how delicious the food was. Chris was absolutely amazing and answered every question I had so quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

Wells Branch Community Church hired Urban Cowboy Catering for our Benefit Gala which hosted 96 attendees. We ordered the filet mignon, and chicken, and had two vegetarian meals as well. The food was SOOOO delicious! Everyone was raving about their meals. I worked closely with Chris who taught me a lot about this industry, as this was my first time coordinating a big event. I also got to work with Jose who was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me when I changed my mind about a decision last minute 🫣. Lena was our event manager and she was hard-working, kind, and knows how to cook a filet mignon (🤤 it was perfection). I wish I took more pictures of the food, but I was running all over the place. On that note, the staff was so kind to box me up a meal so I could eat after the event. They were so thoughtful and considerate to do that for me. I also rented glassware, plates, silverware, and tablecloths from them (pictured below). The tables looked amazing! The tablecloths were ironed and looked great. I will definitely hire Urban Cowboy again for my next event! We highly recommend them.

Urban Cowboy was great to work with! From my initial outreach, Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. He was flexible leading up to the event and provided his recommendations and input on what he thought would work best for event format. The day of the event, Chris's team arrived early and had everything setup and ready to go. The servers and bartenders were wonderful and helped with some last minutes changes we had! The deluxe grazing station display was beautiful we got a ton of compliments on the food. I highly recommend Urban Cowboy catering!

10 out of 5 stars! The crew with Urban Cowboy Catering really helped to make our wedding on 2/24/24 an absolute dream. Not only was the food delicious but they went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions and even made me my own plate with plant-based meat balls. Not to mention the amazing appetizers, grazing table, and cheesecake bites for dessert. We absolutely loved our experience and cannot recommend them enough.

Our nonprofit agency used Urban Cowboy for catering and bartending for an event with 400 attendees. Chris and his team were easy to work with before the event and did an amazing job during it. This event is busy to say the least, and guests expect a high level of service, which Urban Cowboy delivered. They got 400 guests through the buffet lines in half an hour! I can't overstate how wonderful our experience was!

We recently had Urban Cowboy cater my Mother's 90th Birthday Celebration at Ruby Ranch Lodge in Buda. They did a spectacular job of providing all our guests with a delicious assortment of tasty edibles at the well displayed grazing table, scrumptious entrees, and a well managed bar. Guests feedback was positive and very complimentary. They deserve high praise, because I reached out to them last minute, due to a change in venue, as well as larger guest list, and they didn't hesitate to make it happen. They met all visions I had for tne event and recommended resources that definitely helped me cover all additional needs. The Event Coordinator and all members of this company were professional, respectful, with wonderful, engaging personalities. I highly recommend them, and will use them again for a future event.❤ 👍

Urban Cowboy recently catered my company’s holiday event and the team was amazing to work with! They were incredible communicators, timely, and created a beautiful spread. The team worked with our budget, dietary restrictions, timeline, and unique needs from the venue to give us the perfect event. From a beautiful grazing board to tasty desserts, they provided a great evening for us.

We used Urban Cowboy for an event in the fall and they were outstanding. We needed them to step in last minute for as the caterer for our VIP space, and, boy, did they deliver. Absolutely incredible! Chris went above & beyond our expectations. He was such a joy to work with for catering our wedding every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better service & I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Chris even went out of his way & got us engraved glasses that we got to use for the evening and take home as a keepsake afterwards. I can't stress enough how great he was to work with, and how much care and attention he showed for every little detail. His staff were super friendly & made our guests feel very well taken care of. He was willing to work with our special requests and would get excited about trying new things! Our guests absolutely loved all of his food. Every. Single. Dish. It was all eaten and devoured! My wife & I are going to reach out to him for any future events we host and we highly recommend working with him for your events.

We had Urban Cowboy provide food for our Christmas Party and it was absolutley delicious! I worked directly with Chris and he is so sweet and knowledgeable! Our theme was Hawaiin Beach Party and he was able to do a custom menu for us. Jose delivered and set up the good for us. He was so nice and made it so easy for my team and I to be hands off!

Chris and his team at Urban Cowboy were beyond amazing for our wedding! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was unmatched. They provided catering, bartending, and set up. We ordered 2 passed appetizers and grazing table for cocktail hour and a salad, 2 entrees, and 2 sides for dinner. During family/wedding party photos, his team made sure to bring out appetizers to the guests that had to stay at the ceremony site for photos, they had appetizers and drinks waiting for my husband and I in the bridal suit, and immediately serve our dinner/salad after our first dance. We couldn't recommend Urban Cowboy enough!!!

My company worked with Chris and Jose on planning our annual corporate event last month. Still to this day, our team raves about the creative and delicious food they put together for us. His team pulled off breakfast, lunch and happy hour for us in the same day. We have had issues with some other caterers here in Austin in the past, and were skeptical about trying a new company. But from the start, chris seems to know what he was talking about and helped me walk through everything needed and made the most helpful suggestions to help me pull off this event.
The breakfast frittatas we fantastic, our team loved them. Fresh baked non store bought pastries and some amazing fresh fruit drizzled with a honey chili sauce and coconut, was to die for. For lunch we did a beef loin, and chilled lemon chicken with the best potatoes and roasted vegetables with chimichurri. Also amazing. Never had a lunch like this before. Normally lunch is so filling for everyone, but using his suggestion by having a chilled lunch helped people out a lot not feeling that lazy slag we all get after lunch.
Happy hour was great as well, my boss was very impressed. He enjoyed one of the signature drinks they suggested as well and he is hard to please.
Urban cowboy also arranged all the rentals for us, set it up and took it all down. Jose even brought all our trash down the elevator with them which wasn't necessary but they insisted and it was above and beyond.
