Walking in, the place is large, organized and mostly clothing. You can enter from either side of the front (right, or left), and parking is ample and relatively close. Employees are helpful, kind, and remind me of my veterans discount on Wednesdays. Daily and weekly deals plus the wide selection (decent electronic section), paired with the friendly employees deserves this store 5 stars 🤩 Keep it up!!!

Some good finds there!
I had an easy experience with returning clothes that didn’t fit good.

Everything was very neat and organized, except toys, there were so many unsupervised kids playing in the toys that I didn't even brother looking through that area. That was okay, I wasn't shopping for toys. We easily found what I was looking for and a few other treasures that I could definitely live with out, but I really enjoy having them. All the customer service people were so nice and helpful. I definitely enjoyed the shopping with my son and daughter in law. We will definitely keep this on our list of fun places to shop, we will go back.

My son and I went today looking for tools. My son found a trunk. Another man was looking at it. It wasn't priced. My son got it priced. We were talking about it and the nice man heard us. The man offered to pay half if my son wanted it. He did. My son is so excited. Thank you very much. So sweet of that man 10:30am on June 1st, 2031

I like Olympia Goodwill. One of my regular haunts since I live close by. Lots of stuff. everything. Say you want to cook up fish sticks. There you'll find pots and pans. But better yet look for a small electric grill (ie. George Foreman). I like their color coded items especially at $1.49 or 50% off. Go there and see for yourself. Thanks.

It is best when you pay attention to sales of the day, since the color of tags is sometimes at an insane discount. Cashiers do well in the sometimes overwhelming long checkout lines. Big Goodwill, but it can get pretty messy in some areas, mostly because of messy customers. If you ever come to this location, please put things back properly and control your children. So many people drop things and leave them there and let their children run wild. Plus, don't be a jerk to the cashiers. Be decent please.

I like this Goodwill the best! They have a very good variety of styles and sizes to choose from as well as high end items. The staff is always helpful and friendly. And there's shaded parking spots available for my dog!

A clean and fairly big Goodwill store, although the prices seemed a little high.

I haven't had especially good luck at the Olympia/Lacey Goodwills, but this one was a pleasant surprise. It's pretty large and has a decent selection, and their stuff all seems to be in good condition.

Prices did seem to be somewhat high, especially on women's shoes. They did have cute styles and the shoes looked very gently used or nearly new, so you might score a deal on a colored-tag discount day. The medium-sized stores don't always have much of a selection of men's clothes and shoes, but this location had a decent men's section.

The store was clean and well maintained and has convenient parking. If you're passing through Olympia and doing some thrifting, this Goodwill is worth a visit.

Fantastic, I had more than I could carry and no bag and you cant take carts out to unload purchase and a young man helped me by putting all in 2 bags so I could manage getting my purchase to my car. Thanks again for excellent help and service.Great experience😊

I've purchased a number of good quality used clothes for my 3 kids. Shorts, jeans, shirts. Good name brand stuff from Children's Place, Old Navy, Gap, Target, etc. Things are usually pretty well organized by gender and size, but you will find the odd out of place item. Seems a small price to pay for $2 to $4 jeans.

Really nice Goodwill! They are careful during corona and still have a lot of stuff, the only thing that is sparse is the DVD section. The board game section is a hidden gem.

Clean shelves. Easy to see what is there. Good variety. As with most Goodwills lately, a little on the higher price, but we found things we brought home.

Typically clean and well lit store. Since the remodel, items are better organized. Stock seems to rotate quickly and we always find something interesting.
