So it took about 20 days or so and started noticing a difference. It curved my appetite quite a bit . Finishing a combo meal wasn't happening anymore. Also with every season change I tend to get a little sick, not this year. My poop gets a 5 star review too 😆

This probiotic is wonderful and the effects are definitely noticeable! I have very oil, acne prone skin and just after a month of taking these probiotics I've noticed less flare-ups. I am sensitive to a lot of preservatives and knowing that this product avoids using unnecessary ingredients is a huge plus. Definitely would recommend for others!

To start off" Id like to mention that I have Celiac disease and keep a very strict gluten-free diet. I've tried many different probiotics in the past and this one is my favorite! I haven't seen consistent results with others but this one works to give me regular daily bowel movements. The price is worth it, as I've tried more and less expensive ones that just didn't bring any benefit. Highly recommended for everyone!
