Mail Box Plus

Passing through on my travels, I had a new flyrod and tool shipped here for pickup. I'd never used this sort of service before, but the guy working the shop was very courteous and helpful. I certainly work with this place again.

We are very pleased with the service we received. Sending a package to Puerto Vallarta is different, but not for them. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices, can ship on all carriers including USPS. So much easier than going to the post office or anywhere else for that matter!

They helped us pack out oddly shaped items and did all the shipping. Wish we had a place like in Seligman.

I have to give a shout-out to all the folks at Mail Box Plus. We are full-time RVers so we only pick up our mail in person every three months or so, and amazingly, they always know us when we show up. On a few occasions we’ve asked them to forward our mail. It’s always reached us timely. Everyone is always upbeat, happy and ready to help, all at very reasonable and fair rates. Thank you all for what you do!!!

Fantastic first experience with incredibly friendly service. I needed help printing a return label for a package to be picked up via USPS and they went above and beyond, instructing me to email the label which was already printed out when I arrived. I was immediately greeted by a very kind woman while the other employee was busy helping another customer. They made what could've been a time-consuming and arduous task so quick and painless. Can't recommend this wonderful place enough, will definitely return!

when you're on the road it's nice to have a place that gets your packages and mail for a small price, I can do laundry get my packages and mail and do grocery shopping without even moving that's got to be worth some bucks right and on top of it they're really nice.

UPDATE 07/06/2022: I've had four years of absolutely top tier service from these fantastic folks. Every call or email is met with a friendly prompt response. When I'm traveling and forget to check in with them, they will reach out to me. I strongly recommend you use them for any of your mailbox and package needs.

Update 01/28/2020 - I left a positive review over a year ago, but have been so blown away by the service this last year, I had to update. As I have traveled over the last year, I have had great peace of mind knowing this wonderful team was always taking care of my mail needs. It's been a crazy year, but the folks at Mail Box Plus have been so helpful to me, no matter what mail crisis I throw at them. And I've had a few. Lol. Best. Mail. Service. Ever.

Tip for travelers and nomads: these folks are a great option for you. Prices are way better than any of the places in SD, NV, TX, or FL I've researched. Arizona isn't an ideal domicile state for Healthcare, but is great for several other reasons. If you decide to domicile in AZ, this is the absolute best place to sign up for mail service.

I used Mail Box Plus for a little over a year as my business mailing address. As a result, I was in there several times a week. Every time I was there, the staff was always friendly and professional. They always offered to give me a hand with heavy packages. If I was still in Flagstaff, I would still be their customer. Highly recommended.

I only ever go to this place when I'm in some sort of ridiculous, sitcom-shenanigans-level kind of a bind (which, if I'm being perfectly honest, happens about once every two years) and everyone I've ever encountered at Mail Box Plus has been polite, professional, friendly, and gives off a generally chill vibe when I walk in the door half-panicking about whatever stupid thing it is that year.

Excellent service here. Great staff. Over the years they have shipped a bass guitar and a desk top computer. Fair pricing and professional packaging. I know most people use the package store closest to them. I go out of my way to use Mail Box Plus.

Great, affordable mailbox option in Flagstaff for local businesses, part time residents, and apartment dwellers who want to have a more secure place to receive mail and packages. Staff is very helpful and personable. Only downside is that you have to go to the actual UPS store for automated Amazon returns.

Outstanding service here. This is not your average mailing and post office. The people here actually have a pulse and are extremely nice and wonderful. I never have to wait and I will be doing all future shipping endeavors through them. You will not be disappointed!

Great staff good service. They offer a delivery spot for a fee for Fedex and UPS packages. They notified me immediately when my package came in. Very helpful when traveling as we do in the RV. Kunda hard to get to with construction on Route 66 but priceless to get my deliveries on the road

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad this place exists, because I always have so much trouble and have to wait so long when I deal with one of the major package carriers directly. This place is real quick and easy.
