Even if you don't have to mail something, just come in and buy stamps to see the beautiful steps and the awesome shrubbery. Don't mind the busted out windows and the chains on the door. Someone just got a little bit excited. 😉😁🥰

I have had a PO Box at this location for 4 years, and so I have had many interactions with the lobby staff for various services. I've also had a number of PO Boxes throughout the country in the past and so I have some reference to say that this USPS station has a high level of quality service. Exceptionally good experiences interacting with staff as well. They've gone out of their way to be helpful and offer tips to help me pick up deliveries more efficiently. No post office is immune to the occasional long wait at the counter or frustrations of matching up timing for deliveries once in awhile. But lucky these guys are always nice and seem to know their job well. Kudos!

Went in about noon on a Saturday. Only one person ahead of me in line. I had a dozen pieces of mail, mostly first class. Roy quickly weighed and attached postage to each one. He offered shipping method choices where applicable. Very fast and efficient. Much better experience than I expected based on some reviews.

My experience here was just fine. Customer serviceman Roy was kind and patient and efficient.

I see none of the Post Offices in Flagstaff have very good reviews.
I called one of them 3 days ago and the gal was very nice about looking for 1 letter I have coming General Delivery.
I wish I had asked her name.

I have to hitch- hike from South of Munds Park 7 miles, so to Flagstaff it's like 30 miles.

My letter should definitely be there tomorrow, I hope with recent postage increase they have my letter.

It's now Saturday 8 /17 or 18/ 2019.
